汽車空(kong)調系(xi)統(tong)有兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)主要(yao)的(de)空(kong)調管,一(yi)根(gen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)從(cong)(cong)蒸發器到壓(ya)縮機的(de)低(di)壓(ya)管,另外一(yi)根(gen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)從(cong)(cong)冷(leng)凝(ning)器到蒸發器的(de)高壓(ya)管。包(bao)裹(guo)這兩(liang)(liang)根(gen)空(kong)調管可以提高空(kong)調系(xi)統(tong)的(de)制冷(leng)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)嗎?答案是(shi)(shi)(shi)肯定的(de),但(dan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)包(bao)裹(guo)的(de)方法(fa)和(he)位置是(shi)(shi)(shi)很有講究。如果(guo)包(bao)裹(guo)不當,可能(neng)(neng)會起到相反(fan)的(de)效果(guo)。
汽車(che)空(kong)調原理:壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)往往是安(an)(an)裝在(zai)(zai)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)上,并用皮帶驅動(dong)(dong)(也有直接驅動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)),冷凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)安(an)(an)裝在(zai)(zai)汽車(che)散熱器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)前(qian)方,而(er)(er)(er)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)(zai)車(che)里面(mian),工作(zuo)時從蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)出(chu)來的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣態(tai)致(zhi)冷劑(ji)流(liu)經(jing)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)變(bian)成(cheng)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高溫氣體,經(jing)過冷凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)散熱管降溫冷卻(que)變(bian)成(cheng)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)溫的(de)(de)液體,再經(jing)過貯液干燥器(qi)(qi)(qi)除(chu)濕與緩沖,然(ran)后以較穩(wen)定的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力和(he)流(liu)量(liang)流(liu)向(xiang)膨脹閥,經(jing)節流(liu)和(he)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)最后流(liu)向(xiang)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。致(zhi)冷劑(ji)一遇(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環(huan)境即蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa),吸(xi)收大量(liang)熱能。車(che)廂內(nei)的(de)(de)空(kong)氣不(bu)斷流(liu)經(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi),車(che)廂內(nei)溫度也就因(yin)此降低(di)。液態(tai)致(zhi)冷劑(ji)流(liu)經(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)后再次變(bian)成(cheng)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣體,又重新被吸(xi)入(ru)(ru)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)進(jin)行下一次的(de)(de)循(xun)(xun)環(huan)工作(zuo)。在(zai)(zai)整個(ge)系統中(zhong),膨脹閥是控制(zhi)致(zhi)冷劑(ji)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)機(ji)關(guan),致(zhi)冷劑(ji)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)太(tai)多就不(bu)易蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)而(er)(er)(er)太(tai)少冷氣又會不(bu)夠,因(yin)此膨脹閥是調節中(zhong)樞。而(er)(er)(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)是系統的(de)(de)心臟(zang),系統循(xun)(xun)環(huan)的(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)力源泉。
