汽車空調的溫控開關原(yuan)理(li):
1、溫控開(kai)關(guan)內部有(you)個雙(shuang)金屬片,具有(you)不同的熱膨脹系數(shu),這樣就能在達到一定(ding)范圍(wei)的臨界點溫度(du)時(shi)發生形變使(shi)觸點結(jie)合,達到通電的目(mu)的,低于(yu)這個溫度(du)范圍(wei)后回復到起始(shi)位置,斷開(kai)線路。這是機械式的。在溫控開(kai)關(guan)表面(mian)會標(biao)有(you)數(shu)值(zhi),例如(ru)78或者83等(deng)等(deng)。
2、還有(you)熱電(dian)偶式的(de)(de),也就是不(bu)同的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)有(you)不(bu)同的(de)(de)電(dian)阻,行車電(dian)腦獲取數據后作(zuo)出(chu)開啟(qi)或關閉的(de)(de)指令。
3、溫控(kong)開(kai)(kai)關是控(kong)制(zhi)風(feng)(feng)扇轉(zhuan)動的(de)當水(shui)溫88度左右溫控(kong)開(kai)(kai)關控(kong)制(zhi)風(feng)(feng)扇底數(shu)轉(zhuan)100度以上(shang)風(feng)(feng)扇高速(su)轉(zhuan)溫控(kong)開(kai)(kai)關一般安裝在水(shui)箱上(shang)或水(shui)管(guan)到發動機缸蓋(gai)的(de)地方有3根線(xian)的(de)兩根線(xian)的(de)看車型不等。
4、 三(san)條線的那一(yi)(yi)定是電子溫(wen)控才有(you),一(yi)(yi)條是開(kai)關那過來(lai)的負級 一(yi)(yi)條是接到干燥(zao)瓶(ping)那個保(bao)護空(kong)調系(xi)統的開(kai)關 還有(you)一(yi)(yi)條是電源(yuan) 。
汽車(che)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)開關在空調(diao)操(cao)作面板上,溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)傳(chuan)感器安裝在空調(diao)進風口位置。汽車(che)上的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)開關是(shi)起溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制的(de)作用,主要(yao)是(shi)空調(diao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong),其是(shi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制空調(diao)壓縮機(ji)(ji)的(de),當設置的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)為(wei)25度(du)時車(che)廂溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)達到了25度(du)就會關停(ting)壓縮機(ji)(ji),風扇還會運轉(zhuan)的(de),因此溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)開關是(shi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制空調(diao)壓縮機(ji)(ji),而不(bu)是(shi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制風扇的(de)。汽車(che)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)開關壞了的(de)表(biao)現:汽車(che)在運行中(zhong)冷卻系統溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)過高會出現水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)表(biao)指(zhi)針指(zhi)向紅線,水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)警示燈閃亮,甚至沸騰;發(fa)動機(ji)(ji)在加速(su)時伴隨(sui)有(you)明顯的(de)金屬敲(qiao)擊(ji)聲,同時有(you)動力不(bu)足、水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)警示燈閃爍、難以熄火等現象(xiang)。
