第(di)一(yi)步(bu):我們(men)拿到(dao)方向(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)以(yi)后(hou)居(ju)中方向(xiang)(xiang)機(ji),怎么居(ju)中呢,把方向(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)轉到(dao)任何一(yi)側的(de)盡頭(tou),就(jiu)是(shi)打(da)死(si)方向(xiang)(xiang)機(ji),做好(hao)一(yi)個幾號,一(yi)圈(quan)圈(quan)的(de)打(da)到(dao)另外一(yi)側,數下(xia)有(you)幾圈(quan),如果是(shi)3圈(quan),左右2變就(jiu)是(shi)哥1.5圈(quan),這樣就(jiu)很好(hao)居(ju)中了
第二步:把(ba)方向機(ji)(ji)固(gu)定(ding)到車的(de)(de)底盤(pan)安裝(zhuang)位并(bing)固(gu)定(ding)好螺絲,根據左右(you)2邊的(de)(de)制動轂(就是安裝(zhuang)輪胎的(de)(de)那(nei)個(ge)東西),調整好方向機(ji)(ji)外球(qiu)頭(tou)的(de)(de)大(da)致(zhi)位置(zhi)(zhi),內球(qiu)頭(tou)擰(ning)進到外球(qiu)頭(tou)深(shen)度(du)到正常位置(zhi)(zhi)左右(you),并(bing)保(bao)持2邊的(de)(de)螺絲牙深(shen)度(du)保(bao)持一致(zhi),并(bing)固(gu)定(ding)到剎車盤(pan)下面的(de)(de)下球(qiu)頭(tou)上(shang)鎖緊(jin)螺絲。
第三步:安裝好2側輪胎,用卷(juan)尺,測(ce)量好2個前輪前面部位和后面的2側輪胎的距離(li)保持一(yi)致,(看下面的圖片)
第四步(bu):確定好方向盤居中的位(wei)置,套上十(shi)字節,鎖緊(jin)螺絲。
第(di)五步:在路上(shang)跑一(yi)圈,確定(ding)下十(shi)字節的位(wei)(wei)置,如果(guo)有偏差,在做簡(jian)單調整,直到基本居中(zhong)為止,如果(guo)你(ni)是車主,看到這里,一(yi)定(ding)叫修理(li)廠調整到位(wei)(wei),修理(li)工嫌(xian)(xian)麻煩(fan),你(ni)不能(neng)嫌(xian)(xian)麻煩(fan),因為最后一(yi)步四輪定(ding)位(wei)(wei)只能(neng)做簡(jian)單的前速的調整。
第六步,找個(ge)專業店子,四輪定位。
