汽車空調(diao)系統(tong)有(you)兩個主要的(de)(de)空調(diao)管(guan),一根(gen)是(shi)從蒸(zheng)發器到壓縮機的(de)(de)低壓管(guan),另外一根(gen)是(shi)從冷凝器到蒸(zheng)發器的(de)(de)高(gao)壓管(guan)。包裹這兩根(gen)空調(diao)管(guan)可(ke)以提(ti)高(gao)空調(diao)系統(tong)的(de)(de)制冷性(xing)能(neng)嗎(ma)?答(da)案是(shi)肯定的(de)(de),但(dan)是(shi)包裹的(de)(de)方法和位置是(shi)很有(you)講究。如果包裹不當,可(ke)能(neng)會(hui)起到相反的(de)(de)效果。
汽(qi)車(che)空調(diao)原理:壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)往往是(shi)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)上,并用皮帶驅動(dong)(也(ye)(ye)有直(zhi)接(jie)驅動(dong)的),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)汽(qi)車(che)散(san)熱器(qi)(qi)(qi)的前方,而(er)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)(zai)車(che)里面,工(gong)作時(shi)從蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)出(chu)來(lai)的低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)態(tai)致冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)流經(jing)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)變(bian)成高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高溫(wen)氣(qi)(qi)體,經(jing)過冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)散(san)熱管降溫(wen)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻變(bian)成高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)溫(wen)的液(ye)體,再(zai)經(jing)過貯液(ye)干燥器(qi)(qi)(qi)除濕(shi)與緩沖,然(ran)后(hou)以較穩定的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)和流量流向膨(peng)脹(zhang)閥,經(jing)節流和降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)最(zui)后(hou)流向蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。致冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)一遇低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環(huan)境(jing)即蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa),吸收(shou)大量熱能。車(che)廂內(nei)的空氣(qi)(qi)不斷流經(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi),車(che)廂內(nei)溫(wen)度也(ye)(ye)就因(yin)此(ci)降低(di)。液(ye)態(tai)致冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)流經(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou)再(zai)次變(bian)成低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)體,又重新被吸入(ru)(ru)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)進行下一次的循(xun)環(huan)工(gong)作。在(zai)(zai)整個系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中,膨(peng)脹(zhang)閥是(shi)控制致冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進入(ru)(ru)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的機(ji)(ji)關,致冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進入(ru)(ru)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)太多就不易蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)而(er)太少冷(leng)(leng)(leng)氣(qi)(qi)又會不夠,因(yin)此(ci)膨(peng)脹(zhang)閥是(shi)調(diao)節中樞。而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的心臟(zang),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)循(xun)環(huan)的動(dong)力(li)源泉。
