第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步:我們拿到(dao)方向機(ji)以(yi)后居中(zhong)方向機(ji),怎么居中(zhong)呢,把(ba)方向機(ji)轉到(dao)任何一(yi)(yi)(yi)側(ce)的盡頭,就(jiu)是打死方向機(ji),做好一(yi)(yi)(yi)個幾號(hao),一(yi)(yi)(yi)圈(quan)(quan)圈(quan)(quan)的打到(dao)另(ling)外一(yi)(yi)(yi)側(ce),數下有幾圈(quan)(quan),如果是3圈(quan)(quan),左右2變(bian)就(jiu)是哥1.5圈(quan)(quan),這樣就(jiu)很(hen)好居中(zhong)了
第二步:把方向(xiang)機固(gu)定(ding)到(dao)車(che)的(de)底盤(pan)安裝位(wei)并(bing)固(gu)定(ding)好螺絲(si)(si)(si),根(gen)據左右(you)2邊的(de)制動(dong)轂(gu)(就是安裝輪胎(tai)的(de)那個東西),調整好方向(xiang)機外球頭的(de)大致位(wei)置(zhi),內球頭擰進到(dao)外球頭深度(du)到(dao)正常位(wei)置(zhi)左右(you),并(bing)保(bao)持2邊的(de)螺絲(si)(si)(si)牙深度(du)保(bao)持一致,并(bing)固(gu)定(ding)到(dao)剎車(che)盤(pan)下(xia)面的(de)下(xia)球頭上(shang)鎖緊螺絲(si)(si)(si)。
第三步:安(an)裝好(hao)(hao)2側輪胎(tai),用卷尺,測(ce)量(liang)好(hao)(hao)2個前輪前面(mian)(mian)部位和后面(mian)(mian)的2側輪胎(tai)的距離保持一致,(看下面(mian)(mian)的圖片)
第四步:確定好方向盤居中的(de)位置,套上十字節,鎖緊(jin)螺絲。
第五步:在路上跑一(yi)圈,確定下(xia)十字(zi)節的位置,如(ru)果有偏差,在做(zuo)簡單調整,直到(dao)基(ji)本(ben)居中(zhong)為(wei)止,如(ru)果你是車(che)主(zhu),看到(dao)這里(li),一(yi)定叫修理(li)廠調整到(dao)位,修理(li)工嫌(xian)麻煩,你不能嫌(xian)麻煩,因為(wei)最后一(yi)步四輪定位只能做(zuo)簡單的前速的調整。
第六步,找個專業店子,四(si)輪定(ding)位。
