汽車空調的(de)溫控開(kai)關原理:
1、溫(wen)控開(kai)關內部有個雙金屬片,具有不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)膨脹系數(shu),這樣就能在達到一(yi)定范(fan)(fan)圍的(de)(de)(de)臨(lin)界點溫(wen)度時發生形變使觸點結合(he),達到通(tong)電的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de),低于這個溫(wen)度范(fan)(fan)圍后回(hui)復(fu)到起始位(wei)置,斷開(kai)線路。這是機械式的(de)(de)(de)。在溫(wen)控開(kai)關表面會標有數(shu)值,例(li)如(ru)78或者83等等。
2、還有熱電偶式的(de),也就是不同(tong)的(de)溫度(du)有不同(tong)的(de)電阻,行車電腦獲取數(shu)據后作出開啟或(huo)關閉的(de)指令。
3、溫(wen)控(kong)開關(guan)(guan)是控(kong)制(zhi)風(feng)扇轉動(dong)的當(dang)水(shui)溫(wen)88度(du)(du)左右溫(wen)控(kong)開關(guan)(guan)控(kong)制(zhi)風(feng)扇底數轉100度(du)(du)以上風(feng)扇高速轉溫(wen)控(kong)開關(guan)(guan)一般安裝在水(shui)箱上或水(shui)管到發(fa)動(dong)機缸蓋的地方有(you)3根線的兩根線的看車型(xing)不等(deng)。
4、 三條(tiao)(tiao)線的(de)那一定(ding)是(shi)電子溫控(kong)才有(you),一條(tiao)(tiao)是(shi)開關那過來的(de)負級 一條(tiao)(tiao)是(shi)接到干燥瓶那個保護(hu)空調系統的(de)開關 還(huan)有(you)一條(tiao)(tiao)是(shi)電源(yuan) 。
汽(qi)車溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)開關(guan)在空(kong)(kong)調操作面板上,溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)傳感器(qi)安裝在空(kong)(kong)調進風(feng)口位置(zhi)(zhi)。汽(qi)車上的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)開關(guan)是(shi)起溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的(de)(de)作用,主要(yao)是(shi)空(kong)(kong)調溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong),其是(shi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)空(kong)(kong)調壓縮(suo)機(ji)的(de)(de),當設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)25度(du)(du)時車廂(xiang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)達(da)到了25度(du)(du)就(jiu)會(hui)(hui)(hui)關(guan)停壓縮(suo)機(ji),風(feng)扇還(huan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)運(yun)轉(zhuan)的(de)(de),因此溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)開關(guan)是(shi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)空(kong)(kong)調壓縮(suo)機(ji),而不是(shi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)風(feng)扇的(de)(de)。汽(qi)車溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)開關(guan)壞了的(de)(de)表(biao)現:汽(qi)車在運(yun)行中冷卻系統(tong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)過(guo)高會(hui)(hui)(hui)出現水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)表(biao)指(zhi)針指(zhi)向紅線,水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)警(jing)示(shi)燈(deng)閃亮,甚(shen)至沸騰;發動機(ji)在加(jia)速時伴隨有明顯的(de)(de)金屬敲(qiao)擊(ji)聲(sheng),同時有動力不足(zu)、水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)警(jing)示(shi)燈(deng)閃爍、難以(yi)熄火等現象。
D50是東風(feng)日產(chan)(chan)自主品牌的(de)首(shou)款轎(jiao)車(che),平臺采用已經停產(chan)(chan)的(de)東風(feng)日產(chan)(chan)頤達(da)車(che)型(xing)平臺,從廣州車(che)展的(de)外觀照片和后來曝光的(de)內飾照片看,D50與日產(chan)(chan)頤達(da)有著較高的(de)相(xiang)似程度。
