后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋殼下(xia)(xia)(xia)部的(de)放油(you)螺(luo)塞(sai)擰下(xia)(xia)(xia),放出橋殼的(de)潤滑油(you);拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)主(zhu)動(dong)錐齒輪(lun)凸緣與傳動(dong)軸的(de)連接螺(luo)栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的拆卸(xie)(xie)。拆卸(xie)(xie)前,應將前輪(lun)用(yong)掩(yan)(yan)木掩(yan)(yan)住,松開(kai)駐車制動器。拆卸(xie)(xie)時,松開(kai)并擰下(xia)全(quan)部(bu)(bu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺母及墊圈;用(yong)銅錘(chui)輕(qing)(qing)輕(qing)(qing)打擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)尾部(bu)(bu)中央2至(zhi)3下(xia),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭面與輪(lun)轂連接面分離(li)后,用(yong)手拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭,即(ji)(ji)可將半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)抽出。注意在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部(bu)(bu)分即(ji)(ji)將通過油(you)封(feng)時,要用(yong)手托住半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)桿部(bu)(bu),并緩緩轉動半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)并行移出,不致(zhi)將半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)油(you)封(feng)損壞,也預(yu)防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)掉地扎傷人(ren);
3、主減(jian)速(su)器(qi)總成(cheng)的拆(chai)卸:卸下后制動(dong)軟(ruan)管(guan)與三通(tong)接(jie)頭;用小(xiao)車,將減(jian)速(su)器(qi)殼支承好,拆(chai)下減(jian)速(su)器(qi)殼與后橋連接(jie)的12個螺栓,將減(jian)速(su)器(qi)總成(cheng)從橋殼上取下;斷開制動(dong)氣室軟(ruan)管(guan)、管(guan)路之(zhi)間(jian)的連接(jie),拆(chai)下制動(dong)氣室,拆(chai)下調(diao)整(zheng)臂(bei)總成(cheng);
4、拆除輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)(gu)調(diao)整螺母鎖(suo)片緊固螺釘,取(qu)出鎖(suo)片用(yong)(yong),專用(yong)(yong)套筒拆掉(diao)輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)(gu)調(diao)整螺母;稍(shao)稍(shao)轉動(dong)輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)動(dong)鼓總(zong)成(cheng),用(yong)(yong)拉(la)馬向外拉(la)輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)(gu),同時(shi)(shi)在制(zhi)動(dong)鼓上輕(qing)輕(qing)敲(qiao)擊,以(yi)震松(song)外軸承(cheng)(cheng)內(nei)圈,待外軸承(cheng)(cheng)內(nei)圈松(song)動(dong)后,取(qu)下輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)動(dong)鼓總(zong)成(cheng),但(dan)此時(shi)(shi)應注(zhu)意該總(zong)成(cheng)重量較(jiao)重,不要(yao)(yao)摔壞或砸傷(shang)人(ren),同時(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)注(zhu)意保護(hu)外軸承(cheng)(cheng)內(nei)圈不要(yao)(yao)摔壞;
5、用拉馬拆(chai)出內軸(zhou)承(cheng)內圈總(zong)(zong)成和油(you)封(feng)座(zuo)圈總(zong)(zong)成;用回(hui)位(wei)(wei)彈(dan)簧拆(chai)卸工具,拆(chai)下(xia)制動(dong)器回(hui)位(wei)(wei)彈(dan)簧,取(qu)下(xia)凸(tu)輪(lun)軸(zhou);用板(ban)(ban)手拆(chai)下(xia)制動(dong)器底(di)板(ban)(ban)緊固螺栓,取(qu)下(xia)制動(dong)器底(di)板(ban)(ban)帶(dai)蹄片及防塵(chen)罩總(zong)(zong)成;拆(chai)下(xia)制動(dong)氣室支架,拆(chai)下(xia)橋(qiao)殼總(zong)(zong)成;
6、最后安裝拆卸的反序安裝即可。
