汽(qi)車空調系(xi)統(tong)有兩(liang)個(ge)主(zhu)要(yao)的(de)空調管,一根(gen)是從蒸發器到壓(ya)(ya)縮機的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)管,另(ling)外一根(gen)是從冷凝器到蒸發器的(de)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)管。包(bao)裹這兩(liang)根(gen)空調管可以提高(gao)空調系(xi)統(tong)的(de)制冷性能(neng)嗎(ma)?答案是肯(ken)定(ding)的(de),但是包(bao)裹的(de)方法和位置是很有講究(jiu)。如果包(bao)裹不(bu)當(dang),可能(neng)會起(qi)到相反的(de)效果。
汽車(che)(che)空調原理:壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)往(wang)往(wang)是(shi)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)上,并用皮帶(dai)驅動(dong)(dong)(也有(you)直接驅動(dong)(dong)的(de)),冷(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)汽車(che)(che)散(san)熱器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)前(qian)方(fang),而(er)(er)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)車(che)(che)里面,工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)從蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)出來的(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)態致(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)流(liu)經(jing)(jing)(jing)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)變成(cheng)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)溫氣(qi)體,經(jing)(jing)(jing)過冷(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)散(san)熱管降(jiang)溫冷(leng)卻變成(cheng)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)溫的(de)液(ye)體,再經(jing)(jing)(jing)過貯液(ye)干燥(zao)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)除濕與緩沖,然后(hou)以較穩定的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力和流(liu)量(liang)流(liu)向膨脹(zhang)閥,經(jing)(jing)(jing)節流(liu)和降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)最后(hou)流(liu)向蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。致(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)一遇低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環(huan)境(jing)即蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),吸收大量(liang)熱能。車(che)(che)廂(xiang)內的(de)空氣(qi)不斷流(liu)經(jing)(jing)(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),車(che)(che)廂(xiang)內溫度也就因此(ci)(ci)降(jiang)低(di)。液(ye)態致(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)流(liu)經(jing)(jing)(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou)再次變成(cheng)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)體,又重(zhong)新被(bei)吸入壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)進(jin)行(xing)下一次的(de)循(xun)環(huan)工(gong)(gong)作。在(zai)整個(ge)系(xi)統(tong)中,膨脹(zhang)閥是(shi)控制致(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)進(jin)入蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)機(ji)(ji)關,致(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)進(jin)入蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)太(tai)多就不易蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)而(er)(er)太(tai)少冷(leng)氣(qi)又會不夠,因此(ci)(ci)膨脹(zhang)閥是(shi)調節中樞。而(er)(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)是(shi)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)心臟,系(xi)統(tong)循(xun)環(huan)的(de)動(dong)(dong)力源泉。
