汽車空調的溫控開關(guan)原理:
1、溫控(kong)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)內部有個雙金屬片(pian),具(ju)有不(bu)同的熱膨脹系數(shu),這(zhe)樣就能在(zai)達(da)到(dao)一(yi)定范圍的臨界點溫度時發生形變使觸點結合,達(da)到(dao)通電的目的,低(di)于(yu)這(zhe)個溫度范圍后回復到(dao)起始位置,斷開(kai)(kai)線路。這(zhe)是機(ji)械(xie)式的。在(zai)溫控(kong)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)表(biao)面會標(biao)有數(shu)值,例如(ru)78或者83等(deng)等(deng)。
2、還(huan)有熱電偶式的(de),也就是(shi)不同(tong)的(de)溫度有不同(tong)的(de)電阻,行車(che)電腦獲(huo)取數據后作出開啟或(huo)關閉的(de)指(zhi)令(ling)。
3、溫控(kong)(kong)開(kai)關是控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)轉動(dong)的當水溫88度左右溫控(kong)(kong)開(kai)關控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)底數轉100度以上(shang)(shang)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)高速轉溫控(kong)(kong)開(kai)關一般安裝在水箱上(shang)(shang)或水管到發動(dong)機缸蓋的地方有3根線(xian)的兩根線(xian)的看(kan)車型不等。
4、 三(san)條(tiao)線(xian)的(de)那一定(ding)是(shi)電子溫控才有(you),一條(tiao)是(shi)開關(guan)那過(guo)來的(de)負級 一條(tiao)是(shi)接到(dao)干燥(zao)瓶那個保護空調系統的(de)開關(guan) 還有(you)一條(tiao)是(shi)電源(yuan) 。
汽(qi)車(che)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)開關在空(kong)(kong)調操作面板上,溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)傳感(gan)器安(an)裝(zhuang)在空(kong)(kong)調進風(feng)(feng)口位(wei)置(zhi)。汽(qi)車(che)上的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)開關是(shi)(shi)(shi)起溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的作用(yong),主要(yao)是(shi)(shi)(shi)空(kong)(kong)調溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong),其是(shi)(shi)(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)空(kong)(kong)調壓(ya)縮機的,當設置(zhi)的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)25度(du)(du)(du)時車(che)廂溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)達到了25度(du)(du)(du)就會(hui)(hui)關停壓(ya)縮機,風(feng)(feng)扇還(huan)會(hui)(hui)運轉的,因此溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)開關是(shi)(shi)(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)空(kong)(kong)調壓(ya)縮機,而不是(shi)(shi)(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)風(feng)(feng)扇的。汽(qi)車(che)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)開關壞了的表現(xian):汽(qi)車(che)在運行中冷卻系統溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)過高會(hui)(hui)出現(xian)水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)表指(zhi)針指(zhi)向紅線,水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)警(jing)示燈(deng)(deng)閃(shan)亮,甚至沸騰;發動(dong)機在加速(su)時伴隨有明顯的金(jin)屬敲擊聲,同時有動(dong)力不足、水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)警(jing)示燈(deng)(deng)閃(shan)爍(shuo)、難以(yi)熄火等(deng)現(xian)象。
