后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋殼下部(bu)的放(fang)油(you)螺塞(sai)擰下,放(fang)出橋殼的潤滑油(you);拆下主動錐齒輪凸(tu)緣與傳動軸的連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的拆(chai)卸(xie)。拆(chai)卸(xie)前(qian),應將(jiang)(jiang)前(qian)輪(lun)用(yong)(yong)掩木掩住,松(song)開駐車制動(dong)器。拆(chai)卸(xie)時,松(song)開并(bing)(bing)擰(ning)下全部(bu)(bu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺母及墊圈(quan);用(yong)(yong)銅錘輕(qing)輕(qing)打擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)尾部(bu)(bu)中央(yang)2至3下,使半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭面與(yu)輪(lun)轂連接面分離后,用(yong)(yong)手拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭,即(ji)可將(jiang)(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)抽(chou)出。注意在半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)花鍵(jian)部(bu)(bu)分即(ji)將(jiang)(jiang)通過油(you)封時,要用(yong)(yong)手托住半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)桿部(bu)(bu),并(bing)(bing)緩(huan)緩(huan)轉動(dong)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)并(bing)(bing)行(xing)移出,不致將(jiang)(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)油(you)封損壞,也預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)掉地扎傷人(ren);
3、主減(jian)速(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成的(de)拆卸:卸下(xia)(xia)后(hou)制動軟管(guan)與三通接(jie)頭;用小車,將減(jian)速(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)殼(ke)支(zhi)承(cheng)好,拆下(xia)(xia)減(jian)速(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)殼(ke)與后(hou)橋連(lian)接(jie)的(de)12個螺栓(shuan),將減(jian)速(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成從橋殼(ke)上取下(xia)(xia);斷開制動氣室軟管(guan)、管(guan)路之(zhi)間的(de)連(lian)接(jie),拆下(xia)(xia)制動氣室,拆下(xia)(xia)調(diao)整臂總(zong)(zong)成;
4、拆除輪轂(gu)調(diao)整螺母鎖片緊固螺釘(ding),取出(chu)鎖片用,專(zhuan)用套筒拆掉(diao)輪轂(gu)調(diao)整螺母;稍稍轉(zhuan)動(dong)輪轂(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)動(dong)鼓(gu)總成(cheng)(cheng),用拉(la)(la)馬向外(wai)拉(la)(la)輪轂(gu),同(tong)時在制(zhi)動(dong)鼓(gu)上輕(qing)輕(qing)敲(qiao)擊,以(yi)震(zhen)松外(wai)軸承(cheng)(cheng)內圈,待外(wai)軸承(cheng)(cheng)內圈松動(dong)后,取下輪轂(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)動(dong)鼓(gu)總成(cheng)(cheng),但(dan)此時應注(zhu)意該(gai)總成(cheng)(cheng)重量(liang)較重,不要摔(shuai)壞(huai)或砸傷人(ren),同(tong)時要注(zhu)意保護外(wai)軸承(cheng)(cheng)內圈不要摔(shuai)壞(huai);
5、用(yong)拉(la)馬拆出內軸承內圈(quan)總成(cheng)和油封(feng)座圈(quan)總成(cheng);用(yong)回位彈簧拆卸工具,拆下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動器(qi)回位彈簧,取下(xia)(xia)凸輪軸;用(yong)板(ban)手(shou)拆下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動器(qi)底(di)(di)板(ban)緊固(gu)螺栓,取下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動器(qi)底(di)(di)板(ban)帶(dai)蹄片及(ji)防(fang)塵罩總成(cheng);拆下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動氣(qi)室支架,拆下(xia)(xia)橋殼總成(cheng);
6、最后安裝拆卸的(de)反序安裝即可。
