汽車的供電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統是由汽車蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池和(he)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機組成,發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機負(fu)責對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池進行充電(dian)(dian)(dian),使電(dian)(dian)(dian)池長期保持在足電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態。電(dian)(dian)(dian)池和(he)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機負(fu)責對(dui)全車的電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)進行供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
電壓調節器的作用:在發電機轉速變化時,自動控制發電機電壓,使其保持恒定,防止發電機電壓過高而燒壞用電設備和導致蓄電池過量充電,同時也防止發電機電壓過低而導致用電設備工作失常和蓄電池充電不足。
電壓調節器的工作原理:由于發電機與發動機的傳動比固定,所以發電機的轉速將隨發動機轉速的變化而變化。汽車在運行過程中,發動機轉速變化范圍很大,發電機的端電壓也將隨發動機的轉速變化而在很大范圍內變化。發電機對用電設備供電和向蓄電池充電,都要求其電壓穩定,所以為使電壓始終保持在某一數值基本不變,就必須對發電機的輸出電壓進行調節。
