后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將(jiang)橋殼下部的(de)放油(you)螺塞擰下,放出橋殼的(de)潤滑油(you);拆下主動(dong)錐齒輪(lun)凸緣與傳動(dong)軸的(de)連(lian)接螺栓(shuan);
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)的拆卸(xie)。拆卸(xie)前,應將(jiang)前輪用掩木掩住(zhu),松開駐車制(zhi)動(dong)器。拆卸(xie)時,松開并擰下(xia)全(quan)部(bu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)緊固(gu)螺(luo)母及墊圈;用銅錘輕輕打擊(ji)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)尾部(bu)中央2至3下(xia),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)法蘭面(mian)與輪轂連接面(mian)分離(li)后,用手(shou)拉(la)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)法蘭,即可(ke)將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)抽出。注意在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)花鍵部(bu)分即將(jiang)通(tong)過(guo)油封(feng)時,要(yao)用手(shou)托住(zhu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)桿部(bu),并緩緩轉動(dong)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)并行移出,不(bu)致將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)油封(feng)損壞,也預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)掉地扎傷人;
3、主減(jian)速器(qi)(qi)總(zong)成的拆(chai)卸(xie):卸(xie)下后制(zhi)(zhi)動軟管(guan)與(yu)(yu)三(san)通接(jie)頭;用(yong)小(xiao)車(che),將(jiang)減(jian)速器(qi)(qi)殼支承好(hao),拆(chai)下減(jian)速器(qi)(qi)殼與(yu)(yu)后橋連(lian)接(jie)的12個螺栓(shuan),將(jiang)減(jian)速器(qi)(qi)總(zong)成從橋殼上取下;斷開(kai)制(zhi)(zhi)動氣室軟管(guan)、管(guan)路(lu)之間的連(lian)接(jie),拆(chai)下制(zhi)(zhi)動氣室,拆(chai)下調整臂總(zong)成;
4、拆除(chu)輪轂(gu)調整螺母鎖片緊(jin)固螺釘,取(qu)(qu)出鎖片用,專(zhuan)用套筒(tong)拆掉(diao)輪轂(gu)調整螺母;稍(shao)(shao)稍(shao)(shao)轉動輪轂(gu)及制(zhi)(zhi)動鼓(gu)總成,用拉(la)馬向外(wai)拉(la)輪轂(gu),同時(shi)在制(zhi)(zhi)動鼓(gu)上輕輕敲擊,以震松(song)外(wai)軸承(cheng)(cheng)內(nei)(nei)圈(quan)(quan),待外(wai)軸承(cheng)(cheng)內(nei)(nei)圈(quan)(quan)松(song)動后,取(qu)(qu)下輪轂(gu)及制(zhi)(zhi)動鼓(gu)總成,但(dan)此時(shi)應(ying)注意(yi)(yi)該總成重量較(jiao)重,不要(yao)摔壞或砸傷人(ren),同時(shi)要(yao)注意(yi)(yi)保(bao)護外(wai)軸承(cheng)(cheng)內(nei)(nei)圈(quan)(quan)不要(yao)摔壞;
5、用拉馬拆(chai)(chai)出內軸承內圈總成和(he)油封座圈總成;用回位彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)拆(chai)(chai)卸工具,拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動器回位彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang),取下(xia)凸輪軸;用板手(shou)拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動器底板緊固螺栓(shuan),取下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動器底板帶蹄(ti)片及防塵罩總成;拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動氣室支架(jia),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)橋殼(ke)總成;
6、最后安裝拆(chai)卸的反序安裝即可。
