后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋(qiao)殼下(xia)部的(de)放油螺塞擰下(xia),放出橋(qiao)殼的(de)潤(run)滑油;拆下(xia)主動錐齒(chi)輪(lun)凸緣與傳動軸的(de)連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸的拆(chai)(chai)(chai)卸。拆(chai)(chai)(chai)卸前(qian),應將(jiang)前(qian)輪(lun)用(yong)掩木掩住,松開(kai)駐車(che)制動(dong)器。拆(chai)(chai)(chai)卸時,松開(kai)并擰下全(quan)部半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸緊固螺(luo)母及(ji)墊(dian)圈;用(yong)銅錘(chui)輕(qing)輕(qing)打擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸尾部中央2至3下,使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸法蘭面(mian)與輪(lun)轂連接面(mian)分離后,用(yong)手拉(la)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸法蘭,即(ji)可將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸抽(chou)出。注意(yi)在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸花鍵部分即(ji)將(jiang)通過油封時,要用(yong)手托住半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸桿部,并緩(huan)(huan)緩(huan)(huan)轉動(dong)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸,使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸并行移出,不致將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸油封損(sun)壞,也(ye)預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸掉地(di)扎(zha)傷人(ren);
3、主減(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)器(qi)總成(cheng)的(de)拆(chai)卸:卸下(xia)后制動(dong)軟管與三通接頭(tou);用小車,將減(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)器(qi)殼支承好,拆(chai)下(xia)減(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)器(qi)殼與后橋(qiao)連接的(de)12個螺(luo)栓,將減(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)器(qi)總成(cheng)從橋(qiao)殼上取下(xia);斷開(kai)制動(dong)氣室軟管、管路(lu)之間的(de)連接,拆(chai)下(xia)制動(dong)氣室,拆(chai)下(xia)調整臂總成(cheng);
4、拆(chai)除輪(lun)轂調(diao)整(zheng)螺母鎖(suo)片緊固螺釘,取出鎖(suo)片用,專用套筒拆(chai)掉輪(lun)轂調(diao)整(zheng)螺母;稍稍轉動輪(lun)轂及制(zhi)動鼓總(zong)成(cheng),用拉(la)(la)馬(ma)向外拉(la)(la)輪(lun)轂,同(tong)時在(zai)制(zhi)動鼓上輕輕敲擊,以(yi)震松(song)外軸承(cheng)內圈,待(dai)外軸承(cheng)內圈松(song)動后,取下(xia)輪(lun)轂及制(zhi)動鼓總(zong)成(cheng),但(dan)此時應注意該總(zong)成(cheng)重量較重,不(bu)要摔壞或砸(za)傷人,同(tong)時要注意保(bao)護外軸承(cheng)內圈不(bu)要摔壞;
5、用拉馬(ma)拆(chai)(chai)出內(nei)軸(zhou)承內(nei)圈總成(cheng)和油封座圈總成(cheng);用回(hui)(hui)位彈(dan)簧拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie)工具,拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器(qi)回(hui)(hui)位彈(dan)簧,取下(xia)(xia)(xia)凸輪軸(zhou);用板(ban)手拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器(qi)底板(ban)緊固螺栓,取下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器(qi)底板(ban)帶蹄片及防(fang)塵罩(zhao)總成(cheng);拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)氣室支架,拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)橋殼總成(cheng);
6、最后安裝拆卸(xie)的反序安裝即可。
