減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(Absorber) ,減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)主要用(yong)(yong)(yong)來抑(yi)制彈(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)吸震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)后(hou)反(fan)彈(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)時的(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)蕩及(ji)來自路面(mian)的(de)(de)沖(chong)擊。在(zai)經過(guo)(guo)不平路面(mian)時,雖然吸震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)彈(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)可以過(guo)(guo)濾路面(mian)的(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong),但彈(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)自身還會(hui)有往復運動(dong)(dong),而(er)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)就是用(yong)(yong)(yong)來抑(yi)制這種彈(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)跳(tiao)(tiao)躍的(de)(de)。減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)太(tai)軟,車身就會(hui)上(shang)下跳(tiao)(tiao)躍,減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)太(tai)硬就會(hui)帶來太(tai)大的(de)(de)阻力,妨(fang)礙(ai)彈(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)正常(chang)工作。在(zai)關于懸掛系統的(de)(de)改裝過(guo)(guo)程中,硬的(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)要與(yu)硬的(de)(de)彈(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)相(xiang)搭配,而(er)彈(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)的(de)(de)硬度又與(yu)車重息息相(xiang)關,因此較(jiao)重的(de)(de)車一般(ban)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)較(jiao)硬的(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)。與(yu)引震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)曲(qu)軸(zhou)相(xiang)接(jie)的(de)(de)裝置,用(yong)(yong)(yong)來抗衡曲(qu)軸(zhou)的(de)(de)扭轉震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(即曲(qu)軸(zhou)受汽缸點火的(de)(de)沖(chong)擊力而(er)扭動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)現象(xiang))。
懸架(jia)(jia)系統中(zhong)由于彈性(xing)元(yuan)(yuan)件受沖擊產生震動(dong)(dong),為(wei)(wei)改善汽(qi)車(che)行駛平順性(xing),懸架(jia)(jia)中(zhong)與彈性(xing)元(yuan)(yuan)件并(bing)聯安裝減(jian)(jian)震器(qi),為(wei)(wei)衰(shuai)減(jian)(jian)震動(dong)(dong),汽(qi)車(che)懸架(jia)(jia)系統中(zhong)采用減(jian)(jian)震器(qi)多(duo)是液力減(jian)(jian)震器(qi),其工作原理是當車(che)架(jia)(jia)(或(huo)(huo)車(che)身)和(he)車(che)橋間(jian)震動(dong)(dong)而(er)出(chu)現相對(dui)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)時(shi),減(jian)(jian)震器(qi)內(nei)的(de)活(huo)塞上下移動(dong)(dong),減(jian)(jian)震器(qi)腔內(nei)的(de)油(you)液便(bian)反復(fu)地從一個腔經過不同的(de)孔隙流入另一個腔內(nei)。此時(shi)孔壁與油(you)液間(jian)的(de)摩擦和(he)油(you)液分子間(jian)的(de)內(nei)摩擦對(dui)震動(dong)(dong)形(xing)成阻(zu)尼(ni)力,使汽(qi)車(che)震動(dong)(dong)能(neng)量轉化為(wei)(wei)油(you)液熱能(neng),再由減(jian)(jian)震器(qi)吸收散發(fa)到大氣中(zhong)。在油(you)液通道(dao)截面和(he)等因素不變時(shi),阻(zu)尼(ni)力隨(sui)車(che)架(jia)(jia)與車(che)橋(或(huo)(huo)車(che)輪)之間(jian)的(de)相對(dui)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)速度增減(jian)(jian),并(bing)與油(you)液粘度有(you)關[1] 。
減震(zhen)(zhen)器與彈性元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)承擔著緩沖擊(ji)和減震(zhen)(zhen)的任(ren)務,阻尼(ni)力過大,將使懸架彈性變壞,甚至(zhi)使減震(zhen)(zhen)器連接件(jian)損壞。因而要調節彈性元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)和減震(zhen)(zhen)器這一矛盾。
(1) 在壓縮行(xing)程(車橋和(he)車架相(xiang)互靠近),減震器阻(zu)尼力(li)較小,以便充分(fen)發揮彈(dan)性元件的彈(dan)性作用(yong),緩和(he)沖(chong)擊。這時,彈(dan)性元件起主(zhu)要作用(yong)。
(2) 在懸架(jia)伸張行程中(車(che)橋和車(che)架(jia)相互遠離),減震(zhen)器阻尼力應大,迅速減震(zhen)。
(3) 當車橋(qiao)(或車輪)與車橋(qiao)間的(de)相對速度過(guo)大(da)時,要求減震器能自動加大(da)液流量,使阻尼力始終(zhong)保持在一定限度之內,以避免承受(shou)過(guo)大(da)的(de)沖擊載荷。
在(zai)汽車懸架系統中廣(guang)泛(fan)采用(yong)的是筒式(shi)(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi),且在(zai)壓縮和伸張行程中均能起減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)作(zuo)用(yong)叫雙向作(zuo)用(yong)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi),還(huan)有(you)采用(yong)新式(shi)(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi),它包括(kuo)充氣式(shi)(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)和阻力(li)可調式(shi)(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)。
汽(qi)車減振器的(de)安(an)裝方法如下:
1、將車(che)(che)(che)輛駛入工(gong)位,正確(que)(que)停(ting)放。將舉升機支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)座伸(shen)入車(che)(che)(che)輛底部,確(que)(que)保支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)座和車(che)(che)(che)輛車(che)(che)(che)身支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)點良好接觸。取下(xia)接雨板、雨刷器,拆(chai)卸輪胎,拆(chai)卸下(xia)來的輪胎平穩(wen)的放在地上,外側朝上,將輪胎螺絲放在工(gong)具車(che)(che)(che)上;
2、逐步拆(chai)卸(xie)連(lian)接桿的螺(luo)絲(si),剎車(che)油管(guan)螺(luo)絲(si),剎車(che)ABS線。螺(luo)絲(si)拆(chai)卸(xie)后整理好放在工(gong)具車(che)上(注意:小心(xin)(xin)拆(chai)卸(xie)油管(guan)和(he)ABS線不要(yao)損壞)半(ban)軸螺(luo)帽取(qu)下(xia),拆(chai)下(xia)自(zi)動系統(tong)。(注意:合理固定卡鉗(qian),不要(yao)損壞油管(guan)。)拆(chai)下(xia)方向拉桿(注意:用(yong)專用(yong)工(gong)具取(qu)下(xia)球頭)拆(chai)下(xia)車(che)身高(gao)度傳感器(注意:小心(xin)(xin)拆(chai)下(xia),不要(yao)損壞)拆(chai)下(xia)下(xia)控制臂球頭取(qu)下(xia)上座連(lian)接螺(luo)栓(shuan),將減震器總成及轉(zhuan)向節(jie)總成一并拿出。(注意:需兩人配合操作,避免更換相關(guan)部件損壞);
3、原車(che)(che)(che)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)已拆(chai)卸完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng),開始更換新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)。取出新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng),對比新(xin)舊無誤后方能安裝(zhuang)。將(jiang)新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)安裝(zhuang)在轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)節(jie)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)上(shang),將(jiang)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)及轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)節(jie)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)一同(tong)裝(zhuang)配(pei)回(hui)(hui)車(che)(che)(che)輛。把ABS線、油(you)管、拉桿球頭(tou)恢復(fu)原位。將(jiang)自動系統全部(bu)復(fu)原,仔(zi)細檢查油(you)管及其他線路有無干涉。將(jiang)車(che)(che)(che)胎(tai)裝(zhuang)配(pei)回(hui)(hui)車(che)(che)(che)(注意:仔(zi)細擰(ning)緊(jin)輪胎(tai)螺(luo)栓)依次將(jiang)接雨板、雨刷(shua)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)配(pei)回(hui)(hui)原車(che)(che)(che)。(注意:安裝(zhuang)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)之后,要記得調試雨刷(shua)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi))安裝(zhuang)完(wan)畢,進行路試
