電(dian)動助力(li)(li)轉向系統(tong)主(zhu)要由扭矩傳感(gan)(gan)(gan)器,車速傳感(gan)(gan)(gan)器,電(dian)動機(ji),減速機(ji)構(gou)與(yu)電(dian)子控(kong)制單(dan)元等(deng)組成(cheng)(cheng)。該系統(tong)通過(guo)扭矩傳感(gan)(gan)(gan)器感(gan)(gan)(gan)知駕駛員在轉向操作(zuo)時方向盤產(chan)生的(de)(de)扭矩力(li)(li)和(he)轉向角度(du),就(jiu)會把操控(kong)信(xin)息轉換成(cheng)(cheng)數字信(xin)號(hao)輸入到控(kong)制單(dan)元,再經過(guo)控(kong)制單(dan)元對(dui)這些(xie)信(xin)號(hao)進行運(yun)算得到一個最(zui)佳的(de)(de)力(li)(li)矩最(zui)后控(kong)制驅使電(dian)動機(ji)工作(zuo)。以上就(jiu)是(shi)整個電(dian)動助力(li)(li)系統(tong)構(gou)成(cheng)(cheng)和(he)工作(zuo)的(de)(de)過(guo)程,不難(nan)看(kan)出扭矩傳感(gan)(gan)(gan)器在電(dian)動助力(li)(li)系統(tong)中是(shi)最(zui)為重要的(de)(de)器件之一。

扭(niu)矩(ju)傳感器的作用是測量動態(tai)扭(niu)矩(ju)和靜態(tai)扭(niu)矩(ju),其檢測穩定(ding)性(xing)、抗(kang)干擾性(xing),以(yi)及精度都很好,每次使用不需(xu)要(yao)調整為零。
從前面看,車子(zi)(zi)的鍥(qie)形(xing)大(da)(da)燈與直豎格柵依然(ran)沿用(yong)斯柯(ke)達傳統的硬朗造(zao)型,有歐雅(ya)的影(ying)子(zi)(zi)。繞到側(ce)面,車頂由大(da)(da)幅傾斜(xie)的a柱延伸到弧線狀的c柱,前面保險杠低垂,后面車尾(wei)線條簡潔,完全是(shi)現(xian)代轎車的流(liu)行(xing)風(feng)格。
