電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)助力轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系統(tong)(tong)主要由扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),車速傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機,減速機構(gou)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)單元等組成(cheng)(cheng)。該系統(tong)(tong)通過(guo)扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)感(gan)知(zhi)駕(jia)駛員在轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)操作(zuo)時方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤產生的(de)扭(niu)矩力和轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)角度(du),就會(hui)把操控信息轉(zhuan)換成(cheng)(cheng)數字(zi)信號輸入到控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)單元,再經過(guo)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)單元對這些信號進(jin)行運算得到一(yi)個(ge)(ge)最(zui)佳的(de)力矩最(zui)后控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)驅使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機工作(zuo)。以上(shang)就是整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)助力系統(tong)(tong)構(gou)成(cheng)(cheng)和工作(zuo)的(de)過(guo)程,不(bu)難看出扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)助力系統(tong)(tong)中是最(zui)為重要的(de)器(qi)件之一(yi)。
