電(dian)(dian)動(dong)助力(li)轉(zhuan)向系(xi)(xi)統(tong)主要由扭矩(ju)(ju)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi),車速傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi),電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji),減(jian)速機(ji)構與電(dian)(dian)子控(kong)(kong)制單元(yuan)等(deng)組成。該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)通(tong)過扭矩(ju)(ju)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)感(gan)(gan)知駕駛(shi)員(yuan)在轉(zhuan)向操作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)方向盤產生的扭矩(ju)(ju)力(li)和轉(zhuan)向角度,就會把(ba)操控(kong)(kong)信息轉(zhuan)換成數字信號輸(shu)入到控(kong)(kong)制單元(yuan),再經過控(kong)(kong)制單元(yuan)對這些信號進行運算得到一個最佳的力(li)矩(ju)(ju)最后控(kong)(kong)制驅使電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。以上(shang)就是(shi)整個電(dian)(dian)動(dong)助力(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)構成和工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的過程,不難看出扭矩(ju)(ju)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)在電(dian)(dian)動(dong)助力(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中是(shi)最為(wei)重要的器(qi)(qi)件之一。
