電(dian)(dian)(dian)動助(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)主要由扭矩傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi),車速傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機,減(jian)速機構(gou)(gou)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子控(kong)制單元等組成(cheng)。該(gai)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)通過扭矩傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)感(gan)知駕駛員在(zai)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)操作時(shi)方向(xiang)盤產生的扭矩力(li)和(he)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)角度(du),就(jiu)會把操控(kong)信(xin)息轉(zhuan)換(huan)成(cheng)數字信(xin)號(hao)輸入到控(kong)制單元,再經過控(kong)制單元對(dui)這些信(xin)號(hao)進(jin)行運算得到一(yi)個最(zui)佳的力(li)矩最(zui)后控(kong)制驅使電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機工作。以上(shang)就(jiu)是整(zheng)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)動助(zhu)力(li)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)構(gou)(gou)成(cheng)和(he)工作的過程,不難看出扭矩傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動助(zhu)力(li)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)中是最(zui)為重要的器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)之一(yi)。
扭(niu)矩傳感器在(zai)電動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)(yong)電動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)可(ke)以稱之為EPS,它就是一種直接依靠(kao)電機(ji)提(ti)供輔(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)扭(niu)矩的(de)(de)(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)力(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)。在(zai)整個系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong),扭(niu)矩傳感器起(qi)到(dao)決定性作用(yong)(yong)。與傳統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)液壓助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是電動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)具有性能應用(yong)(yong)上更(geng)(geng)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)優勢(shi)。它不(bu)(bu)光在(zai)需要轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)時(shi)才啟動(dong)(dong)電機(ji)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li),這(zhe)樣能大(da)(da)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)減(jian)少(shao)發動(dong)(dong)機(ji)燃油消耗。電動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)能在(zai)各種行駛(shi)工況(kuang)下(xia)提(ti)供最佳助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li),減(jian)小由路面不(bu)(bu)平所引(yin)起(qi)電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸出轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩通過傳動(dong)(dong)裝置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)(yong)而助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)擾動(dong)(dong),改善汽(qi)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)特性,提(ti)高汽(qi)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)主動(dong)(dong)安全性。和(he)(he)液壓助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)相比沒(mei)有液壓回(hui)路,調整和(he)(he)檢測(ce)更(geng)(geng)容易,裝配自動(dong)(dong)化程度更(geng)(geng)高,且可(ke)通過設置(zhi)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)程序,快速(su)以及(ji)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)車(che)(che)型匹配,縮短生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)和(he)(he)開發周期。
扭(niu)矩傳感器的作用(yong)(yong)是測量動態(tai)(tai)扭(niu)矩和靜態(tai)(tai)扭(niu)矩,其檢測穩定性、抗干擾(rao)性,以及(ji)精度(du)都很好(hao),每次使用(yong)(yong)不(bu)需要調整為零。
