五檔同步器。車同步器的作用是使接合套與待嚙合的齒圈迅速同步,縮短換擋時間。防止接合套與待嚙合的齒圈在同步前嚙合而產生接合齒之間的沖擊,使換擋較為順當,減少換擋齒輪噪聲。

手動(dong)變(bian)速箱的(de)結(jie)構(gou)內部有一(yi)個(ge)非常重(zhong)要的(de)設備,那就是"同(tong)步器(qi)(qi)”。同(tong)步器(qi)(qi)的(de)作用(yong)是很顯而易見的(de)那就是換(huan)擋(dang)時候(hou)由于動(dong)力輸(shu)出(chu)端齒輪轉速要快于馬上要換(huan)入這個(ge)擋(dang)位的(de)齒輪,如果沒有同(tong)步器(qi)(qi),把個(ge)慢速旋轉的(de)齒輪強行塞入一(yi)個(ge)高速旋轉的(de)齒輪中,肯定會發生打齒的(de)現象。
同(tong)步器的作用就(jiu)是在換擋動作發生時(shi),將即將換入擋位的齒(chi)輪轉速提升至和輸出端齒(chi)輪速度同(tong)步的狀態,這樣換擋時(shi)候就(jiu)不會存在打齒(chi)現象了。
明白了(le)打齒(chi)的(de)現象發生,那為什么很(hen)(hen)多(duo)車正向行(xing)駛(shi)時(shi)候就不存在打齒(chi),而一掛入倒(dao)(dao)(dao)擋就打齒(chi),那是因為很(hen)(hen)多(duo)車型的(de)倒(dao)(dao)(dao)擋是沒有(you)(you)安裝(zhuang)倒(dao)(dao)(dao)擋同步器的(de),因為廠商的(de)理(li)念里,倒(dao)(dao)(dao)擋是需(xu)要(yao)完(wan)全停(ting)止(zhi)再掛入并且使用(yong)的(de)機(ji)會相對(dui)小了(le)很(hen)(hen)多(duo),所(suo)以出于簡化變速箱結(jie)構(gou)和節省成本的(de)目(mu)的(de),很(hen)(hen)多(duo)中低端(duan)手動變速箱的(de)倒(dao)(dao)(dao)擋就沒有(you)(you)安裝(zhuang)倒(dao)(dao)(dao)擋同步器。
沒(mei)(mei)有(you)安裝倒(dao)擋(dang)同(tong)步(bu)器(qi)的手動變速箱就會存在(zai)掛(gua)入(ru)倒(dao)擋(dang)打(da)齒(chi)(chi)的現象(xiang)。當然(ran)了,這里也(ye)和(he)用戶(hu)使用習(xi)慣有(you)非(fei)常大(da)的關系,因(yin)為倒(dao)擋(dang)本身不含同(tong)步(bu)器(qi),需要完全把車輛停止,讓動力輸出(chu)端(duan)速度降(jiang)低到和(he)倒(dao)擋(dang)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(這時候倒(dao)擋(dang)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)是靜止的)之(zhi)間的轉速差變小,這樣才能保證掛(gua)如倒(dao)擋(dang)比(bi)較(jiao)平順且沒(mei)(mei)有(you)打(da)齒(chi)(chi)。很(hen)(hen)多(duo)用戶(hu)車末停穩就著急立(li)刻掛(gua)入(ru)倒(dao)擋(dang),自(zi)然(ran)會讓沒(mei)(mei)有(you)同(tong)步(bu)器(qi)的倒(dao)擋(dang)很(hen)(hen)受(shou)傷,打(da)齒(chi)(chi)就會發生。
