排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)前(qian)段。一(yi)(yi)般車上(shang)用(yong)的排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)大(da)致上(shang)是(shi)(shi)這(zhe)樣的:排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)歧管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(由(you)(you)于溫度(du)較(jiao)高 一(yi)(yi)般是(shi)(shi)采用(yong)鑄鐵件)裝在發動機的缸(gang)蓋(gai)上(shang)(排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)門(men)以(yi)后(hou)),然(ran)后(hou)有一(yi)(yi)段減(jian)震用(yong)的金(jin)屬軟管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(里(li)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)也是(shi)(shi)密(mi)封的),再后(hou)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)就是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)根(gen)比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)大(da)的直(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(這(zhe)根(gen)比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)粗(cu)大(da)的直(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)間(jian)的過度(du)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),即連接排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)歧管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和第一(yi)(yi)個消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)音(yin)(yin)器(qi)(qi)之(zhi)間(jian)的連接管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。從這(zhe)里(li)開(kai)始,排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)就是(shi)(shi)普通鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)或鐵管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),但是(shi)(shi)比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)粗(cu)大(da))。后(hou)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)是(shi)(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)音(yin)(yin)器(qi)(qi),消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)音(yin)(yin)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)(shi)個外閉(bi)內空的一(yi)(yi)個結構,里(li)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)為一(yi)(yi)個進(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),一(yi)(yi)個排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。進(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)音(yin)(yin)器(qi)(qi)內部(bu)(bu),有很多洞(看到里(li)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)會(hui)覺得(de)像(xiang)篩子一(yi)(yi)樣的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子),使從發動機排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)進(jin)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)音(yin)(yin)器(qi)(qi)的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流速度(du)降(jiang)低。使消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)音(yin)(yin)器(qi)(qi)內部(bu)(bu)形成一(yi)(yi)個儲氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)室(shi),然(ran)后(hou)由(you)(you)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)只與(yu)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)音(yin)(yin)器(qi)(qi)進(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)相同的排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)進(jin)第二消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)音(yin)(yin)器(qi)(qi),原理同樣。經過第二節消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)音(yin)(yin)器(qi)(qi)以(yi)后(hou),才(cai)會(hui)將廢氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)入大(da)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong),而排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)中(zhong)的回壓(ya),也就是(shi)(shi)靠消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)音(yin)(yin)器(qi)(qi)這(zhe)種儲氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)室(shi)來形成。
排氣管的作用就是把廢氣從引擎燃燒室排出,其實通常人們都認為排氣越暢順越好,其實非也。引擎的排氣由于發動機的工作原理,排氣的氣浪是一波一波地排出的,大家把手放在排氣管后就可以感覺到。如果排氣管的直徑較小,那么排出氣浪的每一波都會在排氣管內部形式較大的壓力,當這一波氣浪在排氣管中開始向外排放時,對后一波氣浪就會形成一個負壓力,也就是大家所說的回壓。
這個回壓的大小決定了引擎的最佳排氣領域,如果回壓越大,引擎在低轉速的氣浪由于受前一波氣浪的影響,就會越快被前一波氣浪的負壓力吸出,也就是說排氣效果越好,但是當引擎到達高轉速時,由于排氣管的直徑較小,造成的就是排氣管內的壓力不但不能盡快吸出下一波氣浪,反而對每一波浪的排出造成了相當的阻力,而且每一波氣浪之間互相影響,造成排氣不暢順,從而降低了引擎的性能,這個時候,選用直徑較大的排氣管就會起到較好的效果。
