2、 拆(chai)卸馬達總成(cheng)上伸縮(suo)開關上的正(zheng)極螺絲,取下點火控制觸發正(zheng)極線(小心這是不帶(dai)保(bao)險絲的電池正(zheng)極上直接(jie)過(guo)來的,不要搭鐵短路了(le))
3、 拆卸馬達(da)總成固(gu)定(ding)螺絲
4、拆各種螺絲:導電螺絲、開(kai)關器螺絲、固定長螺絲
5、取下(xia)馬達(da)總成前部(bu),拆卸伸縮控制桿(也就是(shi)分解圖的撥(bo)叉)
6、小心抽出馬達轉軸(zhou)線圈(保護殼內磁鐵有磁性)和底部(bu)碳刷
7、清洗(xi)(xi)全部配件(jian):車(che)主爺(ye)要事先準備(bei)好化(hua)油器清洗(xi)(xi)劑(ji)
8、沙(sha)紙打(da)磨碳刷通(tong)電(dian)面還(huan)有(you)碳刷(如果碳刷磨損 請更換碳刷。打(da)磨后炭刷通(tong)電(dian)接觸面(整流(liu)器)后,一(yi)定要(yao)把(ba)整流(liu)器面上凹槽的金屬屑清理干凈,避(bi)免導電(dian)導致短路。
9、軸承齒輪位置(zhi)上黃油
10、更換開(kai)關
11、把啟動機倒序裝好(hao),回(hui)位(wei)
