空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)工作(zuo)原(yuan)理:空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)是(shi)一種用以(yi)壓(ya)(ya)縮氣(qi)(qi)體的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)備。空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)與水泵(beng)構(gou)造類(lei)似。大多數空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)是(shi)往(wang)復(fu)(fu)活塞式(shi),旋(xuan)轉葉(xie)片(pian)或(huo)旋(xuan)轉螺桿。離心(xin)式(shi)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)是(shi)非常大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用程(cheng)序。由電動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)直接驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji),使(shi)(shi)曲軸產(chan)生旋(xuan)轉運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)連桿使(shi)(shi)活塞產(chan)生往(wang)復(fu)(fu)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),引(yin)起氣(qi)(qi)缸容(rong)積(ji)變(bian)化。由于(yu)氣(qi)(qi)缸內壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化,通過(guo)進(jin)(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)閥使(shi)(shi)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)經(jing)(jing)過(guo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)濾清器(qi)(qi)(消聲器(qi)(qi))進(jin)(jin)(jin)入氣(qi)(qi)缸,在(zai)壓(ya)(ya)縮行程(cheng)中,由于(yu)氣(qi)(qi)缸容(rong)積(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)縮小(xiao),壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)經(jing)(jing)過(guo)排氣(qi)(qi)閥的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用,經(jing)(jing)排氣(qi)(qi)管,單向閥(止回閥)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入儲(chu)氣(qi)(qi)罐,當排氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)達到額定壓(ya)(ya)力(li)0.7MPa時由壓(ya)(ya)力(li)開(kai)關(guan)控制而自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)停(ting)機(ji)。當儲(chu)氣(qi)(qi)罐壓(ya)(ya)力(li)降至0.5--0.6MPa時壓(ya)(ya)力(li)開(kai)關(guan)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)聯(lian)接啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。而空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)就是(shi)提供氣(qi)(qi)源動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li),是(shi)氣(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)核心(xin)設(she)(she)備,機(ji)電引(yin)氣(qi)(qi)源裝置(zhi)(zhi)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主體,它是(shi)將原(yuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(通常是(shi)電動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)或(huo)柴油機(ji))的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)機(ji)械能轉換成(cheng)氣(qi)(qi)體壓(ya)(ya)力(li)能的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)裝置(zhi)(zhi),是(shi)壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)發生裝置(zhi)(zhi)。

空(kong)氣壓縮機的作用:
1、壓縮氣體作(zuo)為(wei)動(dong)力,空氣經(jing)過壓縮后可以作(zuo)為(wei)動(dong)力用,機(ji)械與(yu)風動(dong)工具以及(ji)控制儀表(biao)與(yu)自(zi)動(dong)化裝(zhuang)置;
2、壓(ya)縮氣體用(yong)于制冷和氣體分離,氣體經壓(ya)縮、冷卻、膨脹而液化,用(yong)于人(ren)工制冷;
3、壓(ya)縮氣(qi)體用(yong)于合(he)(he)成(cheng)(cheng)及聚(ju)合(he)(he)在化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學工業中(zhong),某些氣(qi)體經壓(ya)縮機提高(gao)壓(ya)力后有利(li)丁合(he)(he)成(cheng)(cheng)及聚(ju)合(he)(he),如氛與氫(qing)合(he)(he)成(cheng)(cheng)氦,氫(qing)與二(er)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)碳合(he)(he)成(cheng)(cheng)甲醇,二(er)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)碳與氨(an)合(he)(he)成(cheng)(cheng)尿素,又(you)加高(gao)壓(ya)下生產聚(ju)乙烯;4、氣(qi)體輸(shu)送(song)壓(ya)縮機還用(yong)于氣(qi)體的(de)管(guan)道輸(shu)送(song)和裝(zhuang)(zhuang)瓶,如遠程煤氣(qi)和天然氣(qi)的(de)輸(shu)送(song),氯氣(qi)和二(er)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)碳的(de)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)瓶。
