汽車啟動繼(ji)電器的作用:
1、主(zhu)要是通過控(kong)制低壓線路(lu)的電流(liu)來控(kong)制高壓線路(lu)的電流(liu),起到電流(liu)開關的作用。啟動繼(ji)電器是啟動系統組成部(bu)件之(zhi)一,在汽車(che)上主(zhu)要作用為(wei)小(xiao)電流(liu);
2、控制(zhi)(zhi)大電(dian)流方(fang)式啟動(dong)馬達轉(zhuan)動(dong),從而(er)帶(dai)動(dong)發電(dian)機(ji)內(nei)部磁電(dian)機(ji)轉(zhuan)子轉(zhuan)動(dong),給點(dian)(dian)火(huo)器輸入點(dian)(dian)火(huo)脈(mo)沖信(xin)號,使點(dian)(dian)火(huo)器產生(sheng)電(dian)火(huo)花(hua),點(dian)(dian)燃汽缸(gang)內(nei)的混合燃氣并做功。繼電(dian)器屬(shu)于開(kai)關(guan)類(lei),它是(shi)利用電(dian)磁原理、機(ji)電(dian)原理使接點(dian)(dian)閉合或斷開(kai)來驅動(dong)或控制(zhi)(zhi)相關(guan)電(dian)路的;
3、繼電器為一(yi)種控(kong)制器件,它有受控(kong)系統(輸(shu)入(ru)回路(lu))和(he)控(kong)制系統(輸(shu)出回路(lu))兩部分。當輸(shu)入(ru)量(電、磁(ci)、光、熱等(deng)物理量)達到某一(yi)定(ding)值(zhi)時,輸(shu)出量躍變(bian)(bian)式(shi)地由零(ling)變(bian)(bian)化到一(yi)定(ding)值(zhi)(或由一(yi)定(ding)值(zhi)跳變(bian)(bian)到零(ling)),從而(er)實現對電路(lu)的控(kong)制、保護、調節(jie)和(he)傳遞信(xin)息等(deng)目的。
啟(qi)動(dong)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)是單獨部件(jian),其作用是接通、斷開吸引(yin)線(xian)圈和保持線(xian)圈電(dian)(dian)路(lu)。在電(dian)(dian)冰箱(xiang)、空調(diao)器(qi)這類小型制冷設(she)備(bei)中,制冷壓縮機多采用單相分相式異步(bu)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機,啟(qi)動(dong)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的作用是幫助電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機啟(qi)動(dong),啟(qi)動(dong)完(wan)成(cheng)后自(zi)動(dong)斷開副繞組(zu),避免燒壞副繞組(zu)線(xian)圈。
