電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助力轉向(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)主(zhu)要(yao)由扭(niu)矩(ju)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器,車速傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器,電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機,減速機構與電(dian)(dian)子控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)單元(yuan)等組成(cheng)。該系(xi)統(tong)通(tong)過(guo)扭(niu)矩(ju)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器感(gan)知駕駛(shi)員在轉向(xiang)操作(zuo)時方(fang)向(xiang)盤產(chan)生的(de)扭(niu)矩(ju)力和轉向(xiang)角度(du),就(jiu)會(hui)把操控(kong)(kong)信(xin)息轉換(huan)成(cheng)數字(zi)信(xin)號輸入到(dao)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)單元(yuan),再經(jing)過(guo)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)單元(yuan)對這些信(xin)號進行運算得到(dao)一(yi)個最(zui)佳的(de)力矩(ju)最(zui)后(hou)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)驅使電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機工作(zuo)。以上就(jiu)是整個電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助力系(xi)統(tong)構成(cheng)和工作(zuo)的(de)過(guo)程,不難看出(chu)扭(niu)矩(ju)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器在電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助力系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)是最(zui)為重要(yao)的(de)器件之一(yi)。
扭矩傳感器(qi)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)的(de)作(zuo)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)可(ke)以稱之為EPS,它就是一種直接依靠電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)提供輔助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)扭矩的(de)動(dong)(dong)力(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)。在(zai)整個系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong),扭矩傳感器(qi)起到(dao)決定性(xing)(xing)作(zuo)用。與傳統(tong)的(de)液(ye)(ye)壓助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)不(bu)同的(de)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)具有性(xing)(xing)能(neng)應用上更大的(de)優勢。它不(bu)光在(zai)需要(yao)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)時(shi)才(cai)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)產生助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li),這樣能(neng)大大的(de)減少(shao)發動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)燃(ran)油(you)消耗(hao)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)能(neng)在(zai)各(ge)種行駛工況下提供最佳助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li),減小由路面不(bu)平(ping)所引起電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)輸(shu)出轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩通過傳動(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置的(de)作(zuo)用而助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)的(de)擾動(dong)(dong),改(gai)善汽(qi)車(che)(che)的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)特性(xing)(xing),提高汽(qi)車(che)(che)的(de)主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)安全性(xing)(xing)。和液(ye)(ye)壓助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)相比沒有液(ye)(ye)壓回(hui)路,調整和檢測更容易,裝(zhuang)配自動(dong)(dong)化程度更高,且可(ke)通過設(she)置不(bu)同的(de)程序,快速以及不(bu)同車(che)(che)型匹(pi)配,縮短生產和開(kai)發周期。
扭矩傳感器的作用(yong)是測量動態扭矩和靜(jing)態扭矩,其檢測穩定性、抗干擾性,以及(ji)精(jing)度都很好,每次(ci)使用(yong)不需要調整(zheng)為零(ling)。
