轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)總成即(ji)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器,又名(ming)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)、方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji),它(ta)是轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系中最重要的部件。它(ta)的作用(yong)是:增大轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤傳(chuan)到轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)傳(chuan)動機(ji)構的力(li)(li)和改變力(li)(li)的傳(chuan)遞(di)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器的操縱是全液(ye)壓式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),也就是說在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)柱和轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輪之間沒(mei)有機(ji)械連接(jie),在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器與轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)油(you)(you)(you)缸(gang)之間是液(ye)壓管(guan)或(huo)軟管(guan)鏈接(jie)。當轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤,轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器根(gen)據方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動比例(li)輸(shu)送相對的油(you)(you)(you)量,該油(you)(you)(you)量直接(jie)流(liu)到操縱缸(gang)相應一(yi)側(ce)(ce),同時另一(yi)側(ce)(ce)的油(you)(you)(you)量回到油(you)(you)(you)箱。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器按結構形式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可(ke)分為:有齒(chi)輪齒(chi)條式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器、蝸(gua)桿(gan)(gan)曲柄(bing)指銷式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器、循環(huan)球(qiu)-齒(chi)條齒(chi)扇式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器、循環(huan)球(qiu)曲柄(bing)指銷式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器、蝸(gua)桿(gan)(gan)滾輪式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器等(deng)。按照(zhao)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)形式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)又可(ke)以分:為機(ji)械式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(無助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器,和動力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(有助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器兩種(zhong),其中動力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器又可(ke)以分為氣壓動力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、液(ye)壓動力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、電動助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、電液(ye)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)等(deng)種(zhong)類。
