一般在儀表(biao) 板內配(pei)置的(de)線(xian)束(shu)是被(bei)儀表(biao)操作(zuo)臺所覆蓋的(de)。
汽(qi)車線(xian)束(shu)(shu)是以(yi)線(xian)束(shu)(shu)捆扎形成連接電路的組(zu)件。以(yi)下(xia)是對汽(qi)車線(xian)束(shu)(shu)的功(gong)能(neng)和作用:
1、汽(qi)車電線(xian)(xian)(xian)又稱低壓(ya)電線(xian)(xian)(xian),它與(yu)普通家用(yong)電線(xian)(xian)(xian)是(shi)不一(yi)(yi)樣的。普通家用(yong)電線(xian)(xian)(xian)是(shi)銅(tong)質單蕊電線(xian)(xian)(xian),有一(yi)(yi)定硬(ying)度(du)。而汽(qi)車電線(xian)(xian)(xian)都是(shi)銅(tong)質多蕊軟(ruan)線(xian)(xian)(xian),有些軟(ruan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)細如毛發,幾條乃至幾十(shi)條軟(ruan)銅(tong)線(xian)(xian)(xian)包裹在塑(su)料絕緣管(guan)(聚氯乙烯)內,柔軟(ruan)而不容易折斷。
2、隨著汽車功能的增(zeng)加,電子(zi)控制技術的普遍(bian)應用(yong),電氣(qi)件(jian)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)多(duo)(duo),電線(xian)(xian)也(ye)會越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)多(duo)(duo),線(xian)(xian)束也(ye)就(jiu)變(bian)得越(yue)粗越(yue)重。因此(ci)先(xian)進的汽車就(jiu)引入了CAN總(zong)線(xian)(xian)配置,采用(yong)多(duo)(duo)路傳(chuan)輸系統。與(yu)傳(chuan)統線(xian)(xian)束比較,多(duo)(duo)路輸裝置大大減少(shao)了導線(xian)(xian)及聯插件(jian)數目,使布線(xian)(xian)更(geng)為(wei)簡易。
那就是各個傳感器和設備信號上傳到儀表的線啊。比如說車速是由變速箱里的傳感器信號再經線束連接到儀表里的車速指示器里,再驅動車速指針來顯示車速。儀表臺線朿承擔著連接整乍前艙線束和連接整乍地板線朿和控制后尾電器線 束的作用,對以稱得上起著承前啟后的連接作用。汽車電(dian)線(xian)又稱低壓電(dian)線(xian),它與普(pu)通(tong)家用(yong)電(dian)線(xian)是不(bu)一樣的。
