后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋殼下部的(de)放(fang)油(you)螺塞擰(ning)下,放(fang)出橋殼的(de)潤滑油(you);拆下主(zhu)動錐齒輪(lun)凸緣(yuan)與傳動軸的(de)連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)的拆卸(xie)。拆卸(xie)前,應將(jiang)前輪用掩木掩住,松(song)開駐(zhu)車制動器。拆卸(xie)時,松(song)開并擰(ning)下全部(bu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺母及墊圈;用銅錘輕輕打擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)尾部(bu)中(zhong)央2至(zhi)3下,使(shi)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法(fa)蘭面與輪轂連接面分離后,用手拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法(fa)蘭,即可將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)抽出。注意在半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部(bu)分即將(jiang)通過油封時,要用手托住半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)桿部(bu),并緩緩轉動半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou),使(shi)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)并行移出,不致將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)油封損壞,也預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)掉(diao)地扎傷人(ren);
3、主(zhu)減速(su)器總(zong)成的(de)拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie):卸(xie)下(xia)后(hou)制(zhi)(zhi)動軟管與(yu)三通接(jie)(jie)頭(tou);用(yong)小車,將(jiang)減速(su)器殼(ke)支承好,拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)減速(su)器殼(ke)與(yu)后(hou)橋(qiao)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)的(de)12個螺栓,將(jiang)減速(su)器總(zong)成從橋(qiao)殼(ke)上取下(xia);斷開制(zhi)(zhi)動氣室(shi)軟管、管路之間的(de)連(lian)接(jie)(jie),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動氣室(shi),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)調整臂(bei)總(zong)成;
4、拆除輪轂(gu)調整螺(luo)母鎖片緊固螺(luo)釘(ding),取(qu)出鎖片用,專(zhuan)用套筒(tong)拆掉(diao)輪轂(gu)調整螺(luo)母;稍稍轉動輪轂(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)動鼓總(zong)成(cheng),用拉馬向外(wai)(wai)(wai)拉輪轂(gu),同時在(zai)制(zhi)動鼓上(shang)輕輕敲擊,以震松外(wai)(wai)(wai)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)內圈,待外(wai)(wai)(wai)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)內圈松動后(hou),取(qu)下(xia)輪轂(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)動鼓總(zong)成(cheng),但此時應注意該總(zong)成(cheng)重量(liang)較重,不(bu)要(yao)摔壞(huai)(huai)或砸(za)傷人,同時要(yao)注意保護外(wai)(wai)(wai)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)內圈不(bu)要(yao)摔壞(huai)(huai);
5、用拉馬拆出內(nei)軸(zhou)承(cheng)內(nei)圈總成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)和油封座圈總成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng);用回位彈(dan)簧拆卸工具,拆下制動(dong)器回位彈(dan)簧,取(qu)下凸輪軸(zhou);用板手拆下制動(dong)器底板緊固螺栓,取(qu)下制動(dong)器底板帶蹄片及防塵(chen)罩總成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng);拆下制動(dong)氣室支架,拆下橋殼總成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng);
6、最后(hou)安裝(zhuang)拆卸的反序安裝(zhuang)即可。
