缸套的作用有:
1、與缸蓋、活塞共同構成氣缸工作空間;
2、筒形活塞柴油機的氣缸套承受活塞側推力,成為活塞往復運動的導程;
3、將活塞組件及本身的熱量傳給冷卻水,使之工作溫度適當;
4、二沖程柴油機的氣缸套布置有氣口,由活塞啟閉,實現配氣。
氣缸套是一個圓筒形零件,置于機體的氣缸體孔中,上由氣缸蓋壓緊固定。活塞在其內孔作往復運動,其外有冷卻水冷卻。
有汽車發動機未用氣缸套的,做成一體的。由于氣缸套是耐磨特殊材料,做成一體的話成本高,而且無法返修使用。所以現在的發動機的氣缸都是做成加套式的。
更換發動機氣缸套的方法:
1。拆下要更換的缸套后,徹底清洗原發動機缸體,并嚴格檢查其剛性和位置精度,特別是缸體套孔的形狀公差。如果原機體的剛性和位置精度難以補救,只能更新機體;
2.正確安裝活塞環,切記不要粗裝配,選擇正確的活塞環卡鉗總成,避免裝配過程中活塞環受力損壞,導致工作不正常;
3.嚴格檢查和清洗發動機冷卻系統,特別是檢查水泵的工作效率和水泵的皮帶張力,防止發動機因冷卻系統故障而過熱;
4.更換受污染的機油,清洗油路、油嘴、進氣口,更換優質三濾;
5.保證發動機在正常工況下的噴油器、機油泵等技術參數;
6.啟動發動機,必須從小到大逐漸加大負荷,磨幾個小時;
7.研磨過程結束后,在允許發動機正常工作之前,再次更換機油濾清器濾芯,并松開油底殼的放油塞,以清除磨合油中的金屬屑,或更換新的機油。
相比(bi)之(zhi)下它的(de)頭部(bu)空(kong)間(jian)顯的(de)有(you)些局促(cu),較高的(de)座(zuo)椅(yi)一(yi)方面保證了(le)(le)良好的(de)駕駛視(shi)線,但(dan)犧牲了(le)(le)部(bu)分頭部(bu)空(kong)間(jian)。相比(bi)之(zhi)下它的(de)主要競爭對手別克GL8在這一(yi)方面做的(de)就(jiu)比(bi)較到位。
