后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋殼下(xia)(xia)部(bu)的(de)(de)放(fang)油螺(luo)(luo)塞擰(ning)下(xia)(xia),放(fang)出橋殼的(de)(de)潤滑油;拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)主(zhu)動錐齒輪凸緣與傳(chuan)動軸的(de)(de)連接螺(luo)(luo)栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的拆(chai)(chai)(chai)卸(xie)。拆(chai)(chai)(chai)卸(xie)前,應將前輪用(yong)(yong)掩木掩住(zhu),松開駐(zhu)車制動器。拆(chai)(chai)(chai)卸(xie)時,松開并擰下全部半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)緊(jin)固(gu)螺(luo)母(mu)及墊圈;用(yong)(yong)銅錘輕輕打擊(ji)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)尾部中央2至3下,使半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭面與輪轂連接面分(fen)離(li)后,用(yong)(yong)手拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭,即(ji)可將半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)抽出。注意在半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部分(fen)即(ji)將通過油封(feng)時,要用(yong)(yong)手托住(zhu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)桿部,并緩緩轉動半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)并行移(yi)出,不致將半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)油封(feng)損壞,也預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)掉地扎傷人;
3、主減(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)總成(cheng)的(de)(de)拆(chai)卸(xie)(xie):卸(xie)(xie)下(xia)后制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)軟管與(yu)三通接頭;用小車,將(jiang)減(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)殼支承好,拆(chai)下(xia)減(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)殼與(yu)后橋連接的(de)(de)12個螺栓,將(jiang)減(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)總成(cheng)從橋殼上取下(xia);斷開(kai)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)氣室軟管、管路之間(jian)的(de)(de)連接,拆(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)氣室,拆(chai)下(xia)調(diao)整臂總成(cheng);
4、拆(chai)(chai)除輪轂調(diao)整螺(luo)(luo)母鎖片(pian)緊固螺(luo)(luo)釘,取(qu)出鎖片(pian)用,專(zhuan)用套筒拆(chai)(chai)掉輪轂調(diao)整螺(luo)(luo)母;稍(shao)稍(shao)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)輪轂及制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)鼓總成,用拉馬向外(wai)(wai)拉輪轂,同時(shi)在制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)鼓上輕輕敲擊,以震松外(wai)(wai)軸承(cheng)內(nei)圈,待外(wai)(wai)軸承(cheng)內(nei)圈松動(dong)(dong)后,取(qu)下(xia)輪轂及制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)鼓總成,但(dan)此時(shi)應注意(yi)該(gai)總成重(zhong)量較重(zhong),不要(yao)摔壞(huai)或砸傷人,同時(shi)要(yao)注意(yi)保護外(wai)(wai)軸承(cheng)內(nei)圈不要(yao)摔壞(huai);
5、用(yong)拉馬拆(chai)(chai)出內軸承內圈(quan)總成和油(you)封座圈(quan)總成;用(yong)回位彈簧拆(chai)(chai)卸工具,拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)回位彈簧,取下(xia)(xia)凸輪軸;用(yong)板手拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)底板緊(jin)固(gu)螺栓,取下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)底板帶蹄片(pian)及防(fang)塵罩總成;拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)氣室支(zhi)架,拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)橋殼總成;
6、最(zui)后(hou)安(an)(an)裝拆卸(xie)的(de)反序安(an)(an)裝即可。
