減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(Absorber) ,減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)主要用(yong)(yong)來(lai)(lai)抑制(zhi)彈簧(huang)吸(xi)震(zhen)后反彈時的(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)蕩(dang)及來(lai)(lai)自(zi)路面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)沖擊。在經過(guo)不平路面(mian)時,雖然(ran)吸(xi)震(zhen)彈簧(huang)可以過(guo)濾路面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)動,但彈簧(huang)自(zi)身還會(hui)有往復運動,而(er)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)就是(shi)用(yong)(yong)來(lai)(lai)抑制(zhi)這種彈簧(huang)跳躍的(de)(de)(de)。減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)太(tai)軟,車(che)身就會(hui)上下跳躍,減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)太(tai)硬(ying)(ying)就會(hui)帶來(lai)(lai)太(tai)大的(de)(de)(de)阻力(li),妨礙彈簧(huang)正常(chang)工作。在關(guan)于懸掛系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)改裝(zhuang)過(guo)程中,硬(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)要與硬(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)彈簧(huang)相(xiang)搭配(pei),而(er)彈簧(huang)的(de)(de)(de)硬(ying)(ying)度又(you)與車(che)重息息相(xiang)關(guan),因此較重的(de)(de)(de)車(che)一般采(cai)用(yong)(yong)較硬(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。與引震(zhen)曲(qu)(qu)(qu)軸相(xiang)接的(de)(de)(de)裝(zhuang)置,用(yong)(yong)來(lai)(lai)抗衡曲(qu)(qu)(qu)軸的(de)(de)(de)扭轉(zhuan)震(zhen)動(即曲(qu)(qu)(qu)軸受汽缸點(dian)火的(de)(de)(de)沖擊力(li)而(er)扭動的(de)(de)(de)現象)。
懸(xuan)架系統中(zhong)由于彈性(xing)元(yuan)件(jian)受沖(chong)擊產生震(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),為改善汽(qi)車(che)行駛平順性(xing),懸(xuan)架中(zhong)與彈性(xing)元(yuan)件(jian)并聯安裝(zhuang)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi),為衰減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),汽(qi)車(che)懸(xuan)架系統中(zhong)采(cai)用(yong)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)多是液(ye)力(li)(li)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi),其工作原(yuan)理是當車(che)架(或(huo)車(che)身(shen))和車(che)橋間(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)而出現相對(dui)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi),減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)內(nei)的(de)(de)活塞(sai)上下移動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)腔內(nei)的(de)(de)油(you)(you)(you)液(ye)便反復地從一個腔經(jing)過不同的(de)(de)孔隙流入另(ling)一個腔內(nei)。此時(shi)孔壁與油(you)(you)(you)液(ye)間(jian)的(de)(de)摩擦和油(you)(you)(you)液(ye)分(fen)子間(jian)的(de)(de)內(nei)摩擦對(dui)震(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)形成阻尼力(li)(li),使(shi)汽(qi)車(che)震(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能量轉化(hua)為油(you)(you)(you)液(ye)熱能,再(zai)由減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)吸收散發到大氣(qi)中(zhong)。在油(you)(you)(you)液(ye)通道截面和等因素不變(bian)時(shi),阻尼力(li)(li)隨車(che)架與車(che)橋(或(huo)車(che)輪)之間(jian)的(de)(de)相對(dui)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)速度(du)增減(jian)(jian),并與油(you)(you)(you)液(ye)粘度(du)有關[1] 。
減震器(qi)(qi)與彈(dan)性元件(jian)(jian)承擔著緩沖(chong)擊和減震的(de)任務,阻(zu)尼力過(guo)大,將(jiang)使懸架彈(dan)性變壞(huai),甚(shen)至使減震器(qi)(qi)連接件(jian)(jian)損(sun)壞(huai)。因而要調(diao)節彈(dan)性元件(jian)(jian)和減震器(qi)(qi)這一(yi)矛(mao)盾。
(1) 在壓(ya)縮(suo)行程(車(che)橋和(he)(he)車(che)架相互靠近(jin)),減(jian)震器阻尼力較小(xiao),以便充(chong)分發揮彈性元(yuan)件(jian)的彈性作(zuo)用(yong),緩和(he)(he)沖擊。這時,彈性元(yuan)件(jian)起主要(yao)作(zuo)用(yong)。
(2) 在(zai)懸架伸張(zhang)行程中(車橋(qiao)和(he)車架相(xiang)互遠離),減(jian)震器阻尼力應大,迅(xun)速減(jian)震。
(3) 當車橋(或車輪)與車橋間的相(xiang)對速度(du)過大(da)時,要求減震器能(neng)自動(dong)加大(da)液流量(liang),使阻尼力始終保(bao)持在一定(ding)限(xian)度(du)之內,以避(bi)免(mian)承受過大(da)的沖擊載(zai)荷。
在汽車懸(xuan)架系統中廣泛(fan)采用的是(shi)筒式(shi)(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器,且在壓(ya)縮和伸張行(xing)程(cheng)中均(jun)能起(qi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)作(zuo)用叫雙向作(zuo)用式(shi)(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器,還有采用新(xin)式(shi)(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器,它(ta)包括充氣式(shi)(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器和阻力可調式(shi)(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器。
汽車(che)減振器(qi)的安裝(zhuang)方法如下:
1、將車輛(liang)駛入工位,正確停(ting)放。將舉升機支撐(cheng)座伸入車輛(liang)底部,確保(bao)支撐(cheng)座和車輛(liang)車身支撐(cheng)點(dian)良好接觸。取下接雨板(ban)、雨刷器,拆卸輪(lun)胎(tai),拆卸下來的輪(lun)胎(tai)平穩的放在地上,外側朝上,將輪(lun)胎(tai)螺(luo)絲放在工具車上;
2、逐(zhu)步拆(chai)(chai)卸連接桿的螺絲(si),剎車油管螺絲(si),剎車ABS線。螺絲(si)拆(chai)(chai)卸后整理好放在工具車上(shang)(注(zhu)意(yi)(yi)(yi):小(xiao)心拆(chai)(chai)卸油管和ABS線不(bu)要損(sun)壞)半軸螺帽取(qu)(qu)下,拆(chai)(chai)下自動系(xi)統。(注(zhu)意(yi)(yi)(yi):合(he)理固定卡鉗(qian),不(bu)要損(sun)壞油管。)拆(chai)(chai)下方向(xiang)拉桿(注(zhu)意(yi)(yi)(yi):用(yong)專用(yong)工具取(qu)(qu)下球(qiu)頭(tou))拆(chai)(chai)下車身(shen)高度(du)傳感器(注(zhu)意(yi)(yi)(yi):小(xiao)心拆(chai)(chai)下,不(bu)要損(sun)壞)拆(chai)(chai)下下控(kong)制臂球(qiu)頭(tou)取(qu)(qu)下上(shang)座連接螺栓,將減震器總成(cheng)及轉向(xiang)節(jie)總成(cheng)一并拿出。(注(zhu)意(yi)(yi)(yi):需兩人(ren)配合(he)操作,避(bi)免(mian)更換(huan)相關部件損(sun)壞);
3、原車(che)減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)已拆卸完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng),開始(shi)更換新的減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)。取出新的減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng),對比(bi)新舊無誤后方(fang)能安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)。將新的減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在轉向節(jie)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)上,將減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)及(ji)轉向節(jie)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)同(tong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配(pei)回車(che)輛。把ABS線(xian)、油管(guan)(guan)、拉桿球頭恢復原位。將自(zi)動系統全部(bu)復原,仔(zi)細(xi)(xi)檢查(cha)油管(guan)(guan)及(ji)其他線(xian)路有無干涉。將車(che)胎裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配(pei)回車(che)(注意:仔(zi)細(xi)(xi)擰緊輪胎螺栓)依次將接(jie)雨板、雨刷器(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配(pei)回原車(che)。(注意:安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)之后,要記(ji)得調試雨刷器(qi)(qi))安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)完(wan)(wan)畢,進(jin)行(xing)路試
