后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋殼(ke)下部的(de)放油螺塞(sai)擰下,放出橋殼(ke)的(de)潤滑油;拆下主動錐齒(chi)輪凸緣與傳(chuan)動軸的(de)連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)的拆(chai)(chai)卸。拆(chai)(chai)卸前,應將前輪(lun)(lun)用(yong)(yong)掩木(mu)掩住,松(song)(song)開(kai)駐車制動器(qi)。拆(chai)(chai)卸時(shi),松(song)(song)開(kai)并擰下全部半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺母及墊圈;用(yong)(yong)銅錘輕(qing)輕(qing)打擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)尾部中(zhong)央(yang)2至3下,使(shi)(shi)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法(fa)蘭面與輪(lun)(lun)轂連接面分離后,用(yong)(yong)手(shou)拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法(fa)蘭,即可將半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)抽出(chu)。注意(yi)在半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部分即將通過油封時(shi),要用(yong)(yong)手(shou)托住半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)桿部,并緩緩轉(zhuan)動半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou),使(shi)(shi)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)并行移出(chu),不(bu)致將半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)油封損壞,也(ye)預(yu)防半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)掉地扎傷人;
3、主減(jian)速器(qi)總成(cheng)(cheng)的拆(chai)卸:卸下(xia)后制(zhi)動軟管與三通接頭;用小車,將減(jian)速器(qi)殼(ke)支(zhi)承好,拆(chai)下(xia)減(jian)速器(qi)殼(ke)與后橋(qiao)連接的12個螺栓(shuan),將減(jian)速器(qi)總成(cheng)(cheng)從橋(qiao)殼(ke)上取下(xia);斷開制(zhi)動氣(qi)室(shi)軟管、管路之間的連接,拆(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)動氣(qi)室(shi),拆(chai)下(xia)調整臂總成(cheng)(cheng);
4、拆(chai)(chai)除輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調整螺(luo)母(mu)鎖片緊固螺(luo)釘,取(qu)出鎖片用,專用套筒拆(chai)(chai)掉輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調整螺(luo)母(mu);稍(shao)稍(shao)轉動(dong)(dong)輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及制動(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)總成(cheng),用拉馬向外(wai)拉輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu),同(tong)時(shi)在制動(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)上輕輕敲擊,以震松外(wai)軸(zhou)承內(nei)圈(quan),待外(wai)軸(zhou)承內(nei)圈(quan)松動(dong)(dong)后,取(qu)下(xia)輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及制動(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)總成(cheng),但此(ci)時(shi)應注(zhu)意(yi)該總成(cheng)重(zhong)量(liang)較重(zhong),不要(yao)摔(shuai)壞(huai)或砸傷人(ren),同(tong)時(shi)要(yao)注(zhu)意(yi)保護外(wai)軸(zhou)承內(nei)圈(quan)不要(yao)摔(shuai)壞(huai);
5、用(yong)拉馬(ma)拆(chai)出內軸(zhou)承內圈總(zong)成和油(you)封座圈總(zong)成;用(yong)回位彈簧拆(chai)卸工具,拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動器(qi)回位彈簧,取下(xia)(xia)凸輪軸(zhou);用(yong)板手拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動器(qi)底板緊固螺栓,取下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動器(qi)底板帶蹄片及防(fang)塵罩總(zong)成;拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動氣室支架,拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)橋(qiao)殼總(zong)成;
6、最后安(an)裝(zhuang)拆卸的反序安(an)裝(zhuang)即可(ke)。
貨(huo)箱門板(ban)與拉手也(ye)設(she)計為(wei)一(yi)(yi)體式,能(neng)讓用戶利落地將后尾廂門打開,還可(ke)平攤作為(wei)貨(huo)箱的(de)(de)(de)(de)延伸,而貨(huo)廂兩(liang)側一(yi)(yi)次沖壓(ya)形成的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)體式高(gao)位(wei)輪眉更突(tu)出皮卡強壯而有(you)力的(de)(de)(de)(de)后腿(tui)。超大的(de)(de)(de)(de)電動后視鏡(jing)背殼上黑白搭(da)配的(de)(de)(de)(de)色調(diao)別具一(yi)(yi)格(ge),除了給駕(jia)駛者(zhe)拓寬視野的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時,使整車平添幾分滋(zi)味,也(ye)體現出設(she)計的(de)(de)(de)(de)創意巧妙和構思的(de)(de)(de)(de)精細(xi)。
