后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋(qiao)殼(ke)下(xia)(xia)部的放(fang)油螺(luo)塞擰下(xia)(xia),放(fang)出橋(qiao)殼(ke)的潤滑油;拆下(xia)(xia)主動錐齒輪凸緣與傳動軸的連接螺(luo)栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的拆卸(xie)。拆卸(xie)前(qian),應將前(qian)輪用(yong)(yong)掩木掩住(zhu),松開駐車制動器。拆卸(xie)時,松開并(bing)擰下全部半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺母及墊圈;用(yong)(yong)銅錘(chui)輕輕打(da)擊(ji)半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)尾(wei)部中央2至3下,使(shi)半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭(lan)面與輪轂連接面分離后,用(yong)(yong)手(shou)拉半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭(lan),即可(ke)將半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)抽出。注意在半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部分即將通過油封時,要用(yong)(yong)手(shou)托住(zhu)半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)桿(gan)部,并(bing)緩(huan)緩(huan)轉(zhuan)動半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),使(shi)半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)并(bing)行移出,不致將半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)油封損壞,也(ye)預(yu)防半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)掉(diao)地(di)扎傷人;
3、主減速(su)(su)(su)器總成的拆卸:卸下(xia)(xia)后(hou)制(zhi)動(dong)軟管(guan)與三通接(jie)頭;用(yong)小車(che),將減速(su)(su)(su)器殼(ke)支承(cheng)好,拆下(xia)(xia)減速(su)(su)(su)器殼(ke)與后(hou)橋連(lian)接(jie)的12個螺栓(shuan),將減速(su)(su)(su)器總成從橋殼(ke)上取下(xia)(xia);斷開制(zhi)動(dong)氣室軟管(guan)、管(guan)路之間的連(lian)接(jie),拆下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)氣室,拆下(xia)(xia)調整臂總成;
4、拆(chai)除輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調整螺母(mu)鎖(suo)片緊固螺釘,取(qu)出鎖(suo)片用,專用套筒拆(chai)掉輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調整螺母(mu);稍稍轉動(dong)(dong)輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及制動(dong)(dong)鼓總(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng),用拉(la)馬向外拉(la)輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu),同(tong)時在制動(dong)(dong)鼓上輕(qing)輕(qing)敲擊,以震松外軸承(cheng)(cheng)內圈,待(dai)外軸承(cheng)(cheng)內圈松動(dong)(dong)后,取(qu)下輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及制動(dong)(dong)鼓總(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng),但此時應注(zhu)意該總(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng)重量較重,不(bu)(bu)要摔壞或(huo)砸傷人,同(tong)時要注(zhu)意保(bao)護外軸承(cheng)(cheng)內圈不(bu)(bu)要摔壞;
5、用拉馬拆(chai)出內軸承(cheng)內圈總(zong)成(cheng)和油封座圈總(zong)成(cheng);用回(hui)位(wei)彈(dan)簧(huang)拆(chai)卸工具,拆(chai)下(xia)制動器回(hui)位(wei)彈(dan)簧(huang),取下(xia)凸輪軸;用板(ban)手拆(chai)下(xia)制動器底(di)板(ban)緊固螺栓,取下(xia)制動器底(di)板(ban)帶蹄片(pian)及(ji)防(fang)塵罩總(zong)成(cheng);拆(chai)下(xia)制動氣室支架(jia),拆(chai)下(xia)橋殼(ke)總(zong)成(cheng);
6、最后安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)拆卸(xie)的反序安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)即可。
柯尼賽(sai)格CCR的(de)發動機(ji)艙蓋(gai)上有一(yi)個幽(you)靈圖案,這原本是(shi)瑞典(dian)空軍第一(yi)中隊(dui)(dui)的(de)標志。柯尼賽(sai)格車廠(chang)就設在飛行中隊(dui)(dui)的(de)舊址上,為了(le)紀念那些英(ying)雄,幽(you)靈圖案也就成(cheng)為了(le)這部超(chao)級跑(pao)車的(de)徽(hui)章。
