減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(Absorber) ,減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器主要用(yong)(yong)來(lai)抑制彈簧(huang)(huang)吸(xi)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)后反彈時的(de)(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)蕩及來(lai)自路面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)沖擊(ji)。在(zai)經過不平路面(mian)時,雖(sui)然吸(xi)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)彈簧(huang)(huang)可以過濾(lv)路面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong),但彈簧(huang)(huang)自身還(huan)會有(you)往復(fu)運動(dong)(dong),而減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器就是用(yong)(yong)來(lai)抑制這種彈簧(huang)(huang)跳躍的(de)(de)(de)(de)。減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器太(tai)軟,車身就會上下跳躍,減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器太(tai)硬(ying)(ying)就會帶來(lai)太(tai)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻力,妨礙彈簧(huang)(huang)正常工(gong)作。在(zai)關于(yu)懸掛系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)改裝(zhuang)過程中,硬(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器要與硬(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)彈簧(huang)(huang)相(xiang)搭配(pei),而彈簧(huang)(huang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)硬(ying)(ying)度又(you)與車重息息相(xiang)關,因(yin)此較重的(de)(de)(de)(de)車一般采用(yong)(yong)較硬(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器。與引震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)曲軸(zhou)相(xiang)接的(de)(de)(de)(de)裝(zhuang)置,用(yong)(yong)來(lai)抗衡(heng)曲軸(zhou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)扭轉震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(即曲軸(zhou)受(shou)汽(qi)缸點火(huo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)沖擊(ji)力而扭動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)現(xian)象)。
懸架系(xi)(xi)統中(zhong)(zhong)由(you)于(yu)彈性(xing)(xing)元(yuan)件受沖擊產生震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong),為改善汽車(che)行駛平(ping)順(shun)性(xing)(xing),懸架中(zhong)(zhong)與(yu)彈性(xing)(xing)元(yuan)件并(bing)聯安裝減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi),為衰減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong),汽車(che)懸架系(xi)(xi)統中(zhong)(zhong)采用減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)多(duo)是液(ye)(ye)力(li)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi),其工作原理是當車(che)架(或(huo)(huo)車(che)身)和(he)(he)車(che)橋間(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)而出現相(xiang)對運動(dong)(dong)時,減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)的(de)活塞上下(xia)移動(dong)(dong),減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)腔(qiang)(qiang)內(nei)(nei)(nei)的(de)油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)便(bian)反復地(di)從(cong)一(yi)(yi)個腔(qiang)(qiang)經過(guo)不(bu)同的(de)孔(kong)(kong)隙(xi)流(liu)入(ru)另一(yi)(yi)個腔(qiang)(qiang)內(nei)(nei)(nei)。此時孔(kong)(kong)壁與(yu)油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)間(jian)的(de)摩擦和(he)(he)油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)分(fen)子間(jian)的(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)摩擦對震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)形成阻尼力(li),使汽車(che)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)能量轉(zhuan)化為油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)熱能,再由(you)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)吸(xi)收散(san)發到(dao)大(da)氣中(zhong)(zhong)。在油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)通道截面和(he)(he)等因素不(bu)變(bian)時,阻尼力(li)隨車(che)架與(yu)車(che)橋(或(huo)(huo)車(che)輪)之間(jian)的(de)相(xiang)對運動(dong)(dong)速度增減(jian)(jian),并(bing)與(yu)油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)粘(zhan)度有關[1] 。
減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)與(yu)彈性(xing)(xing)元件(jian)承擔(dan)著緩沖擊和(he)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)的任務,阻尼力過大,將(jiang)使懸架彈性(xing)(xing)變壞,甚至使減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)連(lian)接件(jian)損壞。因而要調節彈性(xing)(xing)元件(jian)和(he)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)這(zhe)一矛盾。
(1) 在壓縮行(xing)程(車橋和(he)車架相互靠近),減震器阻尼力較小,以便充(chong)分(fen)發(fa)揮(hui)彈性元件的彈性作(zuo)(zuo)用,緩和(he)沖擊。這時,彈性元件起主要作(zuo)(zuo)用。
(2) 在(zai)懸架(jia)伸張行(xing)程(cheng)中(車(che)(che)橋和車(che)(che)架(jia)相互遠離),減震器(qi)阻尼力應(ying)大(da),迅速(su)減震。
(3) 當車橋(或車輪)與車橋間的相對(dui)速度過大(da)時,要求(qiu)減震器能自(zi)動加大(da)液流量(liang),使阻尼(ni)力始終(zhong)保持在(zai)一定(ding)限度之(zhi)內,以避免承受過大(da)的沖(chong)擊載荷。
在汽車懸架系統中廣泛(fan)采(cai)用的是(shi)筒式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi),且在壓縮和伸張行程(cheng)中均能(neng)起減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)作用叫雙(shuang)向作用式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi),還有采(cai)用新(xin)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi),它(ta)包括充氣式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)和阻(zu)力(li)可調(diao)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)。
汽(qi)車減振(zhen)器(qi)的安裝(zhuang)方法如下:
1、將(jiang)車(che)輛(liang)駛入工位,正確停放。將(jiang)舉升機支(zhi)(zhi)撐座(zuo)伸入車(che)輛(liang)底部(bu),確保(bao)支(zhi)(zhi)撐座(zuo)和車(che)輛(liang)車(che)身支(zhi)(zhi)撐點(dian)良好接觸(chu)。取下(xia)接雨板、雨刷器,拆(chai)卸(xie)輪胎(tai),拆(chai)卸(xie)下(xia)來(lai)的(de)輪胎(tai)平穩的(de)放在地上,外側朝(chao)上,將(jiang)輪胎(tai)螺絲(si)放在工具車(che)上;
2、逐步拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie)連接桿(gan)的(de)螺絲,剎(cha)車(che)油(you)管(guan)螺絲,剎(cha)車(che)ABS線。螺絲拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie)后整理(li)好放在工(gong)具(ju)車(che)上(shang)(注(zhu)(zhu)意:小心拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie)油(you)管(guan)和ABS線不(bu)要(yao)(yao)損壞(huai)(huai))半軸螺帽取(qu)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)自(zi)動系統。(注(zhu)(zhu)意:合理(li)固定(ding)卡鉗,不(bu)要(yao)(yao)損壞(huai)(huai)油(you)管(guan)。)拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)方(fang)向(xiang)拉桿(gan)(注(zhu)(zhu)意:用(yong)專用(yong)工(gong)具(ju)取(qu)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)球頭)拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)車(che)身高度傳感器(注(zhu)(zhu)意:小心拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia),不(bu)要(yao)(yao)損壞(huai)(huai))拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)控制臂球頭取(qu)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)上(shang)座(zuo)連接螺栓,將減震器總成及轉向(xiang)節總成一并(bing)拿(na)出。(注(zhu)(zhu)意:需兩人配合操作,避(bi)免更(geng)換相(xiang)關部(bu)件損壞(huai)(huai));
3、原車(che)減(jian)(jian)震器(qi)總(zong)(zong)成已拆卸完成,開始更(geng)換新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)震器(qi)總(zong)(zong)成。取(qu)出新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)震器(qi)總(zong)(zong)成,對比(bi)新(xin)舊無(wu)誤(wu)后方能安(an)裝。將新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)震器(qi)總(zong)(zong)成安(an)裝在轉向(xiang)節總(zong)(zong)成上(shang),將減(jian)(jian)震器(qi)總(zong)(zong)成及轉向(xiang)節總(zong)(zong)成一同裝配回車(che)輛。把ABS線、油管、拉桿球頭(tou)恢復(fu)原位。將自動系統(tong)全部復(fu)原,仔細檢(jian)查油管及其(qi)他線路有無(wu)干涉。將車(che)胎裝配回車(che)(注意:仔細擰緊輪胎螺(luo)栓)依次將接(jie)雨(yu)(yu)板(ban)、雨(yu)(yu)刷器(qi)裝配回原車(che)。(注意:安(an)裝完成之后,要記(ji)得調試(shi)雨(yu)(yu)刷器(qi))安(an)裝完畢,進(jin)行路試(shi)
奇瑞(rui)E3共(gong)推(tui)出(chu)4款車型,排量均為(wei)1.5L自然吸氣,且均為(wei)手動(dong)擋車型。E3的(de)前大燈(deng)采用了(le)透鏡,雖(sui)然還(huan)是鹵素光(guang)源,但流線(xian)型的(de)內部樣式和新穎的(de)布局(ju)設計,還(huan)是看起(qi)來(lai)提神(shen)了(le)不少,更(geng)為(wei)關鍵的(de)是,它也給后續改裝氙(xian)燈(deng)提供了(le)更(geng)好(hao)的(de)便利性(xing)。
