汽車空調(diao)系統(tong)有兩個主要(yao)的空調(diao)管(guan),一根(gen)(gen)是(shi)從蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器到(dao)(dao)壓縮機的低壓管(guan),另外一根(gen)(gen)是(shi)從冷凝器到(dao)(dao)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器的高壓管(guan)。包裹(guo)這兩根(gen)(gen)空調(diao)管(guan)可以提高空調(diao)系統(tong)的制(zhi)冷性(xing)能嗎?答案是(shi)肯定的,但是(shi)包裹(guo)的方法和位置是(shi)很有講究。如果包裹(guo)不當(dang),可能會起(qi)到(dao)(dao)相(xiang)反的效果。
汽車空調(diao)原理:壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機往往是(shi)(shi)安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)發動(dong)機上,并用皮帶驅動(dong)(也有直接驅動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)),冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)汽車散熱器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)前方,而(er)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)在(zai)車里(li)面(mian),工作時(shi)從(cong)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)出來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)態(tai)致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)流(liu)經壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機變(bian)成(cheng)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)氣(qi)體,經過(guo)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)散熱管降(jiang)溫(wen)冷(leng)(leng)卻變(bian)成(cheng)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)溫(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)液體,再(zai)經過(guo)貯(zhu)液干燥器(qi)(qi)除濕與緩沖,然后以較(jiao)穩定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力和流(liu)量流(liu)向膨脹閥(fa),經節流(liu)和降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)最后流(liu)向蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)。致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)一遇低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)環(huan)境(jing)即蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發,吸收大量熱能。車廂內的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)空氣(qi)不斷流(liu)經蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi),車廂內溫(wen)度(du)也就因此降(jiang)低(di)。液態(tai)致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)流(liu)經蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)后再(zai)次(ci)變(bian)成(cheng)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)體,又重新被吸入壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機進(jin)(jin)(jin)行下(xia)一次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)循環(huan)工作。在(zai)整個系統(tong)(tong)中,膨脹閥(fa)是(shi)(shi)控(kong)制致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)機關,致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)太(tai)多就不易(yi)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發而(er)太(tai)少冷(leng)(leng)氣(qi)又會不夠,因此膨脹閥(fa)是(shi)(shi)調(diao)節中樞。而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機是(shi)(shi)系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)心(xin)臟,系統(tong)(tong)循環(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)動(dong)力源泉。
奇瑞E3共(gong)推出4款車型,排(pai)量(liang)均(jun)為(wei)1.5L自然吸氣,且均(jun)為(wei)手動擋車型。E3的(de)前大燈采用了透鏡,雖然還(huan)是鹵素光源,但流線型的(de)內部樣(yang)式和新穎的(de)布局設計,還(huan)是看起(qi)來(lai)提神了不少,更(geng)為(wei)關鍵(jian)的(de)是,它也給(gei)后續(xu)改裝氙燈提供了更(geng)好的(de)便利(li)性。
