汽車空調(diao)系統(tong)有兩個主要的(de)空調(diao)管,一根(gen)(gen)是(shi)從(cong)蒸發器(qi)到壓縮(suo)機的(de)低(di)壓管,另外一根(gen)(gen)是(shi)從(cong)冷(leng)凝器(qi)到蒸發器(qi)的(de)高(gao)壓管。包(bao)裹這兩根(gen)(gen)空調(diao)管可以提高(gao)空調(diao)系統(tong)的(de)制冷(leng)性能嗎?答案是(shi)肯定的(de),但是(shi)包(bao)裹的(de)方法和位置是(shi)很有講究。如果包(bao)裹不當,可能會(hui)起到相反的(de)效(xiao)果。
汽(qi)車空調(diao)原理:壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)往(wang)(wang)往(wang)(wang)是(shi)(shi)安裝在發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)上,并用皮帶驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(也有直(zhi)接驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)),冷(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)安裝在汽(qi)車散熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)前方,而(er)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)在車里面,工作時從(cong)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)出來的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣態致(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)流(liu)經(jing)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)變(bian)(bian)成高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)溫(wen)氣體(ti)(ti),經(jing)過冷(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)散熱(re)管降(jiang)(jiang)溫(wen)冷(leng)卻變(bian)(bian)成高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低溫(wen)的(de)液體(ti)(ti),再經(jing)過貯(zhu)液干(gan)燥器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)除濕(shi)與(yu)緩沖(chong),然后以較穩定的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)和流(liu)量流(liu)向膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)閥(fa),經(jing)節流(liu)和降(jiang)(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)最后流(liu)向蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。致(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)一(yi)遇(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環境(jing)即蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa),吸收大量熱(re)能。車廂內(nei)的(de)空氣不斷流(liu)經(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),車廂內(nei)溫(wen)度(du)也就因此(ci)降(jiang)(jiang)低。液態致(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)流(liu)經(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)后再次變(bian)(bian)成低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣體(ti)(ti),又重新被(bei)吸入(ru)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)進(jin)行(xing)下一(yi)次的(de)循環工作。在整個系統(tong)中(zhong),膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)閥(fa)是(shi)(shi)控制致(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)進(jin)入(ru)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)機(ji)關,致(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)進(jin)入(ru)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)太多就不易蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)而(er)太少冷(leng)氣又會(hui)不夠,因此(ci)膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)閥(fa)是(shi)(shi)調(diao)節中(zhong)樞。而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)是(shi)(shi)系統(tong)的(de)心臟,系統(tong)循環的(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)源泉。
外觀上(shang)看旗云(yun)31.8CVT測試車(che)與目(mu)前在(zai)銷(xiao)(xiao)的(de)旗云(yun)3別(bie)無二(er)致,判(pan)斷失誤的(de)主要焦點(dian)就(jiu)集中于發動機(ji)這塊,畢竟(jing)旗云(yun)3最大的(de)銷(xiao)(xiao)售主力車(che)型(xing)是(shi)1.5L排(pai)量,由此忽略了1.8L的(de)存在(zai),其實從發動機(ji)本身(shen)來(lai)看,也(ye)確(que)實容(rong)易實現快速搭配,首先瑞(rui)麒G3 1.8CVT箭已上(shang)弦,只(zhi)等上(shang)市(shi)銷(xiao)(xiao)售,而瑞(rui)麒G3本身(shen)就(jiu)在(zai)懸(xuan)掛方面與旗云(yun)3互(hu)通,只(zhi)是(shi)整備質量上(shang)有所(suo)區別(bie),因此測試的(de)意義也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)根據(ju)旗云(yun)3本身(shen)的(de)重量針對ECU做調整測試,調整幅度也(ye)不會太(tai)大。
