第一(yi)步(bu):我們(men)拿到方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)以(yi)后居中(zhong)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji),怎么(me)居中(zhong)呢,把方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)轉到任何一(yi)側的盡(jin)頭,就(jiu)是打(da)死方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji),做好一(yi)個幾號,一(yi)圈圈的打(da)到另(ling)外(wai)一(yi)側,數下有幾圈,如果是3圈,左右2變就(jiu)是哥1.5圈,這樣就(jiu)很好居中(zhong)了
第(di)二步:把(ba)方向機(ji)固定到(dao)(dao)車的(de)底(di)盤安(an)裝位(wei)并固定好螺絲,根據左右2邊的(de)制動(dong)轂(就是安(an)裝輪(lun)胎的(de)那個東(dong)西),調整(zheng)好方向機(ji)外(wai)(wai)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)頭的(de)大(da)致位(wei)置(zhi),內球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)頭擰(ning)進到(dao)(dao)外(wai)(wai)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)頭深度到(dao)(dao)正常位(wei)置(zhi)左右,并保持2邊的(de)螺絲牙深度保持一致,并固定到(dao)(dao)剎車盤下面的(de)下球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)頭上鎖(suo)緊螺絲。
第(di)三步:安裝好(hao)2側輪胎(tai),用(yong)卷尺,測量好(hao)2個(ge)前(qian)輪前(qian)面(mian)部位和后面(mian)的2側輪胎(tai)的距離保持一(yi)致,(看下面(mian)的圖片)
第四步(bu):確定(ding)好方向盤居中的位置,套上十字節,鎖緊螺絲。
第五(wu)步(bu):在路上跑(pao)一圈(quan),確定(ding)(ding)下十字節的位(wei)置,如果有偏差,在做(zuo)(zuo)簡(jian)單調(diao)整(zheng),直到基本居中(zhong)為止(zhi),如果你是(shi)車主,看(kan)到這里,一定(ding)(ding)叫修(xiu)理廠調(diao)整(zheng)到位(wei),修(xiu)理工嫌麻(ma)煩,你不能嫌麻(ma)煩,因(yin)為最后一步(bu)四輪定(ding)(ding)位(wei)只能做(zuo)(zuo)簡(jian)單的前(qian)速的調(diao)整(zheng)。
第(di)六步,找個專(zhuan)業(ye)店(dian)子,四輪定(ding)位(wei)。
