汽車(che)空(kong)調(diao)系(xi)統有兩個(ge)主要的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)調(diao)管,一根是(shi)(shi)從蒸發器到(dao)壓(ya)縮機的(de)(de)(de)低壓(ya)管,另外一根是(shi)(shi)從冷(leng)凝器到(dao)蒸發器的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)壓(ya)管。包(bao)裹(guo)這兩根空(kong)調(diao)管可以提高(gao)空(kong)調(diao)系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)制冷(leng)性能(neng)嗎(ma)?答案是(shi)(shi)肯定(ding)的(de)(de)(de),但是(shi)(shi)包(bao)裹(guo)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)法和(he)位置(zhi)是(shi)(shi)很有講究。如果包(bao)裹(guo)不當,可能(neng)會起(qi)到(dao)相反(fan)的(de)(de)(de)效果。
汽車(che)空調原(yuan)理(li):壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機往往是(shi)安(an)裝在(zai)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機上,并用皮帶驅動(dong)(dong)(也有直接驅動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)安(an)裝在(zai)汽車(che)散熱器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)前方,而(er)(er)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)在(zai)車(che)里(li)面,工作時從蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)出來的(de)(de)(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣態致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)流(liu)經壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機變(bian)成高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高溫氣體(ti),經過(guo)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)散熱管降(jiang)溫冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻變(bian)成高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低溫的(de)(de)(de)液體(ti),再(zai)經過(guo)貯液干燥器(qi)除濕與緩沖,然(ran)后以較穩定的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力和流(liu)量流(liu)向膨(peng)脹(zhang)閥,經節(jie)(jie)流(liu)和降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)最后流(liu)向蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)。致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)一遇低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環(huan)境即蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa),吸(xi)收大(da)量熱能。車(che)廂內的(de)(de)(de)空氣不斷流(liu)經蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi),車(che)廂內溫度也就(jiu)因此降(jiang)低。液態致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)流(liu)經蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)后再(zai)次(ci)變(bian)成低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣體(ti),又(you)(you)重新被(bei)吸(xi)入(ru)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機進(jin)行下(xia)一次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)循環(huan)工作。在(zai)整個系統中,膨(peng)脹(zhang)閥是(shi)控制致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進(jin)入(ru)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)機關,致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進(jin)入(ru)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)太多就(jiu)不易(yi)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)而(er)(er)太少冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)氣又(you)(you)會(hui)不夠,因此膨(peng)脹(zhang)閥是(shi)調節(jie)(jie)中樞。而(er)(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機是(shi)系統的(de)(de)(de)心臟,系統循環(huan)的(de)(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)力源泉。
