貯(zhu)液干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)器是(shi)保證壓(ya)縮(suo)機和(he)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系統正常運行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)必要設備(bei)。它起著三(san)個方(fang)面的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)。干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)器一般(ban)出現在大型客車或(huo)貨車上,因為這些車的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)動是(shi)用(yong)高壓(ya)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)制(zhi)動的(de)(de)(de)。干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)器的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)就(jiu)是(shi)用(yong)來干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)高壓(ya)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)分(fen)(fen),避免空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中含(han)水(shui)(shui)而對(dui)制(zhi)動部(bu)件的(de)(de)(de)腐蝕。干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)罐里有個加(jia)熱棒,是(shi)自(zi)動控(kong)制(zhi)工作的(de)(de)(de),我記得(de)好像是(shi)溫(wen)度在低于5度時,干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)器的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)熱棒工作,以干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)高壓(ya)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)分(fen)(fen)。 壓(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)進入空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)預冷(leng)(leng)器預冷(leng)(leng)并(bing)除去(qu)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)水(shui)(shui)份,再(zai)(zai)進入空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)冷(leng)(leng)卻器使溫(wen)度降至(zhi)2℃(露點溫(wen)度),空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)份在此(ci)溫(wen)度下析出,經氣(qi)(qi)(qi)水(shui)(shui)分(fen)(fen)離器分(fen)(fen)離并(bing)由自(zi)動排(pai)水(shui)(shui)閥將水(shui)(shui)份排(pai)出,而干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)的(de)(de)(de)低溫(wen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)則進入空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)預冷(leng)(leng)器,再(zai)(zai)與未(wei)處理的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)進行(xing)(xing)熱交(jiao)換升(sheng)溫(wen)后輸(shu)出,即為處理后的(de)(de)(de)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)。
