1、保證汽(qi)(qi)車(che)平穩起(qi)步(bu) 這是(shi)離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)首要功能。在(zai)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)起(qi)步(bu)前,自然(ran)要先起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。而(er)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)起(qi)步(bu)時(shi),汽(qi)(qi)車(che)是(shi)從完全靜(jing)止的(de)(de)狀態(tai)逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)加(jia)速(su)的(de)(de)。如(ru)果(guo)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(它聯系著整(zheng)個汽(qi)(qi)車(che))與發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)剛性(xing)地聯系,則變速(su)器(qi)(qi)一(yi)掛(gua)上(shang)(shang)檔,汽(qi)(qi)車(che)將(jiang)突然(ran)向前沖一(yi)下(xia),但并不(bu)能起(qi)步(bu)。這是(shi)因(yin)為汽(qi)(qi)車(che)從靜(jing)止到前沖時(shi),產生很大(da)(da)(da)慣性(xing)力,對(dui)(dui)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)造成很大(da)(da)(da)地阻(zu)力矩(ju)(ju)。在(zai)這慣性(xing)阻(zu)力矩(ju)(ju)作用(yong)下(xia),發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)在(zai)瞬(shun)時(shi)間(jian)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)急劇下(xia)降到最(zui)(zui)低穩定(ding)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)(一(yi)般300-500RPM)以下(xia),發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)即熄(xi)火而(er)不(bu)能工(gong)作,當然(ran)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)也不(bu)能起(qi)步(bu)。 因(yin)此,我(wo)們就需要離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)幫助了。在(zai)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)后,汽(qi)(qi)車(che)起(qi)步(bu)之前,駕駛員先踩下(xia)離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)踏板(ban)(ban)(ban),將(jiang)離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)分(fen)離(li),使(shi)(shi)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)和傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系脫開(kai),再將(jiang)變速(su)器(qi)(qi)掛(gua)上(shang)(shang)檔,然(ran)后逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)松開(kai)離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)踏板(ban)(ban)(ban),使(shi)(shi)離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)接合(he)(he)。在(zai)接合(he)(he)過程中,發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)所受阻(zu)力矩(ju)(ju)逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)增(zeng)大(da)(da)(da),故應(ying)同(tong)時(shi)逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)踩下(xia)加(jia)速(su)踏板(ban)(ban)(ban),即逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)增(zeng)加(jia)對(dui)(dui)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)燃料供(gong)給量,使(shi)(shi)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)始終保持(chi)在(zai)最(zui)(zui)低穩定(ding)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)上(shang)(shang),而(er)不(bu)致熄(xi)火。同(tong)時(shi),由于離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)接合(he)(he)緊密程度逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)增(zeng)大(da)(da)(da),發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)經傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系傳(chuan)給驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)輪的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)(ju)便(bian)逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)增(zeng)加(jia),到牽引力足以克服起(qi)步(bu)阻(zu)力時(shi),汽(qi)(qi)車(che)即從靜(jing)止開(kai)始運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)并逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)加(jia)速(su)
2、保證傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系換(huan)(huan)檔(dang)時(shi)工作(zuo)平順(shun) 2:實(shi)現(xian)(xian)平順(shun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)換(huan)(huan)檔(dang) 在(zai)汽車行駛過(guo)程中,為適應不(bu)斷變(bian)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)行駛條(tiao)件,傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系經(jing)常要更換(huan)(huan)不(bu)同(tong)檔(dang)位工作(zuo)。實(shi)現(xian)(xian)齒輪(lun)式(shi)變(bian)速器的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)換(huan)(huan)檔(dang),一般是撥動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒輪(lun)或其他掛檔(dang)機構,使(shi)原(yuan)用檔(dang)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)某一齒輪(lun)副推出傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong),再使(shi)另一檔(dang)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)齒輪(lun)副進(jin)入工作(zuo)。在(zai)換(huan)(huan)檔(dang)前必須踩下離合器踏(ta)板,中斷動(dong)(dong)(dong)力傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong),便于(yu)使(shi)原(yuan)檔(dang)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)嚙合副脫(tuo)開,同(tong)時(shi)使(shi)新(xin)檔(dang)位嚙合副的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)嚙合部位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)速度逐(zhu)步(bu)趨向同(tong)步(bu),這樣(yang)進(jin)入嚙合時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)沖擊可以(yi)大(da)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)減小,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)平順(shun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)換(huan)(huan)檔(dang)。
3、防止傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系過(guo)載 當汽車進行(xing)緊急制動(dong)(dong)(dong)時,若沒(mei)有離合(he)(he)器(qi),則發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)將(jiang)(jiang)因和(he)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系剛性連接(jie)而(er)急劇降低轉速,因而(er)其中(zhong)所有運動(dong)(dong)(dong)件(jian)(jian)將(jiang)(jiang)產(chan)生很大(da)(da)的慣性力(li)矩(其數值可能大(da)(da)大(da)(da)超(chao)過(guo)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)正常工作(zuo)時所發(fa)(fa)出的最(zui)大(da)(da)扭(niu)距),對(dui)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系造成超(chao)過(guo)其承(cheng)(cheng)載能力(li)的載荷,而(er)使機(ji)件(jian)(jian)損壞。有了(le)離合(he)(he)器(qi),便可以依靠離合(he)(he)器(qi)主動(dong)(dong)(dong)部(bu)分和(he)從動(dong)(dong)(dong)部(bu)分之間(jian)可能產(chan)生的相對(dui)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)以消除這一(yi)危險。因此,我們需(xu)要離合(he)(he)器(qi)來(lai)限制傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系所承(cheng)(cheng)受的最(zui)大(da)(da)扭(niu)距,保證安全。 離合(he)(he)器(qi)可分為(wei):摩擦離合(he)(he)器(qi),或(huo)是(shi)利用液體作(zuo)為(wei)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的介(jie)質(即液力(li)偶(ou)合(he)(he)器(qi)),或(huo)是(shi)利用磁力(li)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(即電(dian)磁離合(he)(he)器(qi)}
離合器撥叉是汽車變速箱的一部分,屬于變速箱附件,主要用于離合器換擋。與變速手柄連接,位于手柄下端,撥動中間變速輪改變輸入輸出速比。撥叉一般是指手動變速箱的汽車,位于變速箱和發動機之間的離合器系統中。
踏板通過傳動系統將力傳遞給撥叉,撥叉推動分離軸承壓下離合器壓盤,將發動機和變速箱之間的動力傳遞分離。離合器接合時,踏板處于最高位置,分離桿和分離軸承之間有間隙δ。壓盤在壓緊彈簧的作用下壓緊從動盤,發動機的扭矩通過飛輪和壓盤傳遞到從動盤,再傳遞到變速器的第一軸。
離合器傳遞的最大扭矩取決于從動盤摩擦面的最大靜摩擦力。它與摩擦表面之間的壓力、摩擦面積和摩擦材料的性能有關。對于具有一定結構的離合器,其最大靜摩擦力是一個固定值。如果傳動系統傳遞的扭矩超過這個固定值,離合器就會打滑,從而起到過載保護的作用。
