空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)工作(zuo)原理:空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)是(shi)(shi)(shi)一種用以壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)氣(qi)(qi)體的(de)(de)設備。空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)與水泵構(gou)造類似。大(da)多(duo)數空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)是(shi)(shi)(shi)往復活塞(sai)式(shi),旋轉(zhuan)葉片或旋轉(zhuan)螺桿。離(li)心式(shi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)是(shi)(shi)(shi)非常大(da)的(de)(de)應用程(cheng)序。由電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)直接(jie)驅動(dong)(dong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji),使(shi)(shi)曲軸產(chan)生旋轉(zhuan)運動(dong)(dong),帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)連桿使(shi)(shi)活塞(sai)產(chan)生往復運動(dong)(dong),引起(qi)氣(qi)(qi)缸(gang)容積變化。由于氣(qi)(qi)缸(gang)內壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)變化,通過進氣(qi)(qi)閥使(shi)(shi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)經(jing)過空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)濾清器(qi)(消聲器(qi))進入(ru)氣(qi)(qi)缸(gang),在壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)行(xing)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),由于氣(qi)(qi)缸(gang)容積的(de)(de)縮(suo)小,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)經(jing)過排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)閥的(de)(de)作(zuo)用,經(jing)排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)管,單向閥(止回閥)進入(ru)儲氣(qi)(qi)罐,當(dang)排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)達到(dao)額定(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)0.7MPa時由壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)開(kai)關(guan)控(kong)制(zhi)而自動(dong)(dong)停機(ji)。當(dang)儲氣(qi)(qi)罐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)降至0.5--0.6MPa時壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)開(kai)關(guan)自動(dong)(dong)聯接(jie)啟動(dong)(dong)。而空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)提供氣(qi)(qi)源動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)(li),是(shi)(shi)(shi)氣(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)系統的(de)(de)核心設備,機(ji)電引氣(qi)(qi)源裝置中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)主體,它是(shi)(shi)(shi)將原動(dong)(dong)(通常是(shi)(shi)(shi)電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)或柴(chai)油機(ji))的(de)(de)機(ji)械能(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成氣(qi)(qi)體壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)能(neng)的(de)(de)裝置,是(shi)(shi)(shi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)發生裝置。

空氣壓縮(suo)機的作用:
1、壓(ya)縮(suo)氣體作(zuo)為動(dong)力,空(kong)氣經過(guo)壓(ya)縮(suo)后可以作(zuo)為動(dong)力用,機械與(yu)風動(dong)工具(ju)以及(ji)控制儀(yi)表與(yu)自動(dong)化裝置(zhi);
2、壓縮氣(qi)體用于制冷和氣(qi)體分離,氣(qi)體經(jing)壓縮、冷卻、膨脹而液化,用于人工(gong)制冷;
3、壓(ya)縮(suo)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)用(yong)于(yu)合(he)成及(ji)聚(ju)合(he)在化(hua)(hua)學工業中,某些氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)經壓(ya)縮(suo)機提高壓(ya)力后有利(li)丁合(he)成及(ji)聚(ju)合(he),如氛(fen)與(yu)氫(qing)合(he)成氦,氫(qing)與(yu)二(er)氧化(hua)(hua)碳合(he)成甲醇,二(er)氧化(hua)(hua)碳與(yu)氨合(he)成尿素,又加高壓(ya)下生產(chan)聚(ju)乙(yi)烯;4、氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)輸送(song)壓(ya)縮(suo)機還用(yong)于(yu)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)的(de)管道輸送(song)和裝瓶,如遠程煤氣(qi)(qi)和天然氣(qi)(qi)的(de)輸送(song),氯氣(qi)(qi)和二(er)氧化(hua)(hua)碳的(de)裝瓶。
