空(kong)調(diao)壓力(li)(li)(li)傳感器壓力(li)(li)(li)傳感器是一種能(neng)將(jiang)檢測到的(de)壓力(li)(li)(li)信號轉(zhuan)換成電(dian)子(zi)信號,由(you)電(dian)腦板芯片進行微處理,根據壓力(li)(li)(li)檢測的(de)結(jie)果對空(kong)調(diao)機的(de)零部件進行精細的(de)控制。
1、工作原理
為兩種壓力傳感器的外觀,如今絕大多數壓力傳感器都是電容式壓力傳感器,它由兩個靠近的平行膜片和一個堅固的小巧殼體構成。空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)壓力(li)傳感器(qi)(qi)是自動空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的一(yi)個傳感器(qi)(qi)元(yuan)件,其作(zuo)(zuo)用是防止(zhi)制冷(leng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)在極限(xian)制冷(leng)劑管(guan)路壓力(li)下(xia)工作(zuo)(zuo),并幫助控(kong)(kong)制發(fa)動機冷(leng)卻風扇(shan)的轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速。 壓力(li)傳感器(qi)(qi)安(an)裝在發(fa)動機艙內空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓管(guan)路上。該傳感器(qi)(qi)向發(fa)動機ECM或(huo)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)控(kong)(kong)制單元(yuan)輸出(chu)壓力(li)信(xin)號,當(dang)檢測到(dao)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)制冷(leng)管(guan)路壓力(li)過(guo)低(di)或(huo)過(guo)高(gao)(gao)(gao)時,控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)停止(zhi)對空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)壓縮機離合器(qi)(qi)供電,壓縮機停止(zhi)運(yun)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),以免對空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)造成損壞。當(dang)制冷(leng)劑壓力(li)達到(dao)一(yi)中等壓力(li)值時,散熱器(qi)(qi)風扇(shan)高(gao)(gao)(gao)速運(yun)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),降(jiang)低(di)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)制冷(leng)劑壓力(li)。
