后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋(qiao)殼下部的放(fang)油(you)螺(luo)塞擰(ning)下,放(fang)出橋(qiao)殼的潤滑油(you);拆下主(zhu)動錐齒輪(lun)凸緣(yuan)與傳動軸的連接螺(luo)栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)的拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie)(xie)。拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie)(xie)前(qian)(qian),應將前(qian)(qian)輪用掩木掩住(zhu),松(song)開(kai)駐車制(zhi)動器。拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie)(xie)時,松(song)開(kai)并擰下全部(bu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)緊固螺(luo)母(mu)及墊圈;用銅錘輕輕打擊(ji)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)尾(wei)部(bu)中央2至3下,使半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)法蘭(lan)(lan)面與輪轂連接面分離(li)后(hou),用手(shou)拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)法蘭(lan)(lan),即可將半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)抽出。注意在半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)花鍵部(bu)分即將通(tong)過油(you)封時,要用手(shou)托(tuo)住(zhu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)桿部(bu),并緩緩轉動半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)并行移出,不致將半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)油(you)封損壞,也預(yu)防半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)掉地扎傷人;
3、主減速器總(zong)成的拆卸(xie):卸(xie)下(xia)(xia)后制動(dong)(dong)軟(ruan)管(guan)與三通接(jie)(jie)頭;用小車(che),將(jiang)減速器殼(ke)支承好(hao),拆下(xia)(xia)減速器殼(ke)與后橋(qiao)連接(jie)(jie)的12個螺栓,將(jiang)減速器總(zong)成從橋(qiao)殼(ke)上取下(xia)(xia);斷開制動(dong)(dong)氣室軟(ruan)管(guan)、管(guan)路之間(jian)的連接(jie)(jie),拆下(xia)(xia)制動(dong)(dong)氣室,拆下(xia)(xia)調整臂(bei)總(zong)成;
4、拆除(chu)輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調整螺(luo)母鎖(suo)片緊(jin)固螺(luo)釘,取(qu)出(chu)鎖(suo)片用(yong),專用(yong)套筒(tong)拆掉輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調整螺(luo)母;稍稍轉動輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及(ji)制動鼓(gu)(gu)總(zong)成(cheng),用(yong)拉馬向(xiang)外拉輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu),同(tong)時(shi)在制動鼓(gu)(gu)上輕(qing)輕(qing)敲擊(ji),以震松外軸(zhou)承(cheng)內圈,待(dai)外軸(zhou)承(cheng)內圈松動后,取(qu)下輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及(ji)制動鼓(gu)(gu)總(zong)成(cheng),但此(ci)時(shi)應注(zhu)意該總(zong)成(cheng)重(zhong)量(liang)較(jiao)重(zhong),不要(yao)摔壞或砸傷人(ren),同(tong)時(shi)要(yao)注(zhu)意保護外軸(zhou)承(cheng)內圈不要(yao)摔壞;
5、用拉馬拆(chai)(chai)出內(nei)(nei)軸(zhou)(zhou)承內(nei)(nei)圈(quan)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)和(he)油封座圈(quan)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng);用回(hui)位彈簧拆(chai)(chai)卸工具(ju),拆(chai)(chai)下制動(dong)器回(hui)位彈簧,取下凸輪軸(zhou)(zhou);用板(ban)手拆(chai)(chai)下制動(dong)器底(di)板(ban)緊固(gu)螺栓,取下制動(dong)器底(di)板(ban)帶蹄片及防(fang)塵罩總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng);拆(chai)(chai)下制動(dong)氣室(shi)支架,拆(chai)(chai)下橋殼總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng);
6、最后安(an)裝(zhuang)拆卸的反序安(an)裝(zhuang)即(ji)可。
