后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將(jiang)橋殼(ke)下(xia)部的放油螺塞(sai)擰下(xia),放出橋殼(ke)的潤滑油;拆下(xia)主動錐齒(chi)輪凸緣與傳動軸的連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的拆(chai)卸(xie)。拆(chai)卸(xie)前(qian),應將(jiang)(jiang)前(qian)輪(lun)用(yong)(yong)掩(yan)木掩(yan)住(zhu)(zhu),松開駐車制動(dong)(dong)器。拆(chai)卸(xie)時(shi),松開并擰下(xia)(xia)全(quan)部半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺母及墊圈;用(yong)(yong)銅(tong)錘輕輕打擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)尾部中(zhong)央2至3下(xia)(xia),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法(fa)蘭面(mian)與輪(lun)轂連(lian)接(jie)面(mian)分離后,用(yong)(yong)手(shou)拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法(fa)蘭,即可將(jiang)(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)抽(chou)出。注意在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部分即將(jiang)(jiang)通(tong)過油(you)封時(shi),要用(yong)(yong)手(shou)托住(zhu)(zhu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)桿部,并緩緩轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)并行移(yi)出,不致(zhi)將(jiang)(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)油(you)封損壞,也預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)掉地扎傷人(ren);
3、主減速(su)器(qi)總(zong)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)拆(chai)卸(xie):卸(xie)下(xia)后制(zhi)動軟管與三通接(jie)頭;用小車,將減速(su)器(qi)殼(ke)支(zhi)承好,拆(chai)下(xia)減速(su)器(qi)殼(ke)與后橋連接(jie)的(de)(de)(de)12個螺栓,將減速(su)器(qi)總(zong)成(cheng)從(cong)橋殼(ke)上取(qu)下(xia);斷開制(zhi)動氣(qi)(qi)室(shi)軟管、管路之間的(de)(de)(de)連接(jie),拆(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)動氣(qi)(qi)室(shi),拆(chai)下(xia)調(diao)整(zheng)臂總(zong)成(cheng);
4、拆除輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調整螺(luo)母鎖片(pian)緊固螺(luo)釘,取出鎖片(pian)用,專用套筒拆掉輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調整螺(luo)母;稍稍轉動(dong)(dong)輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)總成,用拉(la)馬(ma)向外(wai)拉(la)輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu),同時在制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)上輕輕敲擊,以震松外(wai)軸(zhou)承內(nei)圈,待外(wai)軸(zhou)承內(nei)圈松動(dong)(dong)后,取下(xia)輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)總成,但此(ci)時應(ying)注(zhu)意該總成重量較重,不要(yao)摔壞(huai)或砸(za)傷人,同時要(yao)注(zhu)意保護外(wai)軸(zhou)承內(nei)圈不要(yao)摔壞(huai);
5、用(yong)拉馬拆(chai)出(chu)內軸承內圈總成(cheng)和油封座圈總成(cheng);用(yong)回位彈簧拆(chai)卸(xie)工具,拆(chai)下(xia)制動器回位彈簧,取下(xia)凸輪軸;用(yong)板手拆(chai)下(xia)制動器底(di)板緊固(gu)螺栓,取下(xia)制動器底(di)板帶蹄片及防塵(chen)罩總成(cheng);拆(chai)下(xia)制動氣室支架,拆(chai)下(xia)橋(qiao)殼總成(cheng);
6、最后安裝(zhuang)拆(chai)卸的反序安裝(zhuang)即可。
