后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋殼下(xia)(xia)部的放油(you)螺塞擰(ning)下(xia)(xia),放出橋殼的潤滑油(you);拆下(xia)(xia)主(zhu)動錐齒輪凸緣與傳(chuan)動軸(zhou)的連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的拆(chai)卸(xie)。拆(chai)卸(xie)前,應(ying)將(jiang)前輪(lun)(lun)用(yong)掩(yan)木掩(yan)住(zhu),松開(kai)駐(zhu)車制(zhi)動(dong)器。拆(chai)卸(xie)時,松開(kai)并(bing)擰下全部(bu)(bu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺母及墊(dian)圈;用(yong)銅錘輕輕打擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)尾部(bu)(bu)中(zhong)央2至3下,使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭面與輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)連(lian)接面分(fen)離后,用(yong)手拉(la)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭,即可將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)抽出。注意(yi)在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)花(hua)鍵部(bu)(bu)分(fen)即將(jiang)通(tong)過油(you)封(feng)時,要用(yong)手托住(zhu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)桿部(bu)(bu),并(bing)緩緩轉(zhuan)動(dong)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)并(bing)行移出,不致將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)油(you)封(feng)損壞(huai),也預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)掉地(di)扎傷人;
3、主減速(su)(su)器總成(cheng)的(de)(de)拆(chai)(chai)卸:卸下(xia)后制動(dong)(dong)軟管(guan)(guan)與(yu)三通接(jie)頭;用(yong)小(xiao)車,將減速(su)(su)器殼(ke)支承(cheng)好,拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)減速(su)(su)器殼(ke)與(yu)后橋連(lian)(lian)接(jie)的(de)(de)12個螺(luo)栓,將減速(su)(su)器總成(cheng)從橋殼(ke)上取下(xia);斷(duan)開制動(dong)(dong)氣(qi)室軟管(guan)(guan)、管(guan)(guan)路之間的(de)(de)連(lian)(lian)接(jie),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)制動(dong)(dong)氣(qi)室,拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)調(diao)整臂(bei)總成(cheng);
4、拆除(chu)輪(lun)轂(gu)調整螺母(mu)鎖片緊固(gu)螺釘,取出鎖片用,專用套筒拆掉輪(lun)轂(gu)調整螺母(mu);稍稍轉動(dong)輪(lun)轂(gu)及制動(dong)鼓(gu)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng),用拉(la)馬向外(wai)拉(la)輪(lun)轂(gu),同(tong)時在制動(dong)鼓(gu)上(shang)輕輕敲擊,以震松外(wai)軸承(cheng)內(nei)圈,待(dai)外(wai)軸承(cheng)內(nei)圈松動(dong)后(hou),取下(xia)輪(lun)轂(gu)及制動(dong)鼓(gu)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng),但此時應注意該總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)量較(jiao)重(zhong)(zhong),不(bu)要(yao)摔(shuai)壞或砸(za)傷(shang)人,同(tong)時要(yao)注意保(bao)護外(wai)軸承(cheng)內(nei)圈不(bu)要(yao)摔(shuai)壞;
5、用(yong)拉馬拆(chai)(chai)(chai)出內(nei)軸(zhou)(zhou)承內(nei)圈總成(cheng)和油封座(zuo)圈總成(cheng);用(yong)回位(wei)彈簧拆(chai)(chai)(chai)卸(xie)工具,拆(chai)(chai)(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)回位(wei)彈簧,取下(xia)凸(tu)輪軸(zhou)(zhou);用(yong)板(ban)手拆(chai)(chai)(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)底板(ban)緊固螺栓(shuan),取下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)底板(ban)帶(dai)蹄片及(ji)防塵罩總成(cheng);拆(chai)(chai)(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)氣室支(zhi)架(jia),拆(chai)(chai)(chai)下(xia)橋殼總成(cheng);
6、最后(hou)安(an)(an)裝拆卸(xie)的反序(xu)安(an)(an)裝即(ji)可。
