轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)總成即轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),又(you)名轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)、方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji),它是(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系中最重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)部件。它的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)是(shi)(shi)(shi):增(zeng)大轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤傳到轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)傳動(dong)機(ji)構的(de)(de)(de)力和改變力的(de)(de)(de)傳遞方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)操(cao)縱是(shi)(shi)(shi)全液(ye)壓(ya)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),也就是(shi)(shi)(shi)說在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)柱(zhu)和轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輪(lun)之間(jian)沒有機(ji)械連接,在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)與轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)油(you)(you)缸之間(jian)是(shi)(shi)(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)管或軟管鏈接。當(dang)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤,轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)根據方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)比例輸送相對(dui)的(de)(de)(de)油(you)(you)量(liang),該油(you)(you)量(liang)直接流到操(cao)縱缸相應一側,同時另一側的(de)(de)(de)油(you)(you)量(liang)回到油(you)(you)箱。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)按(an)結(jie)構形(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可(ke)分為(wei)(wei):有齒輪(lun)齒條(tiao)(tiao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、蝸桿曲柄(bing)指(zhi)銷(xiao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、循環球-齒條(tiao)(tiao)齒扇式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、循環球曲柄(bing)指(zhi)銷(xiao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、蝸桿滾(gun)輪(lun)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)等。按(an)照(zhao)助(zhu)力形(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)又(you)可(ke)以分:為(wei)(wei)機(ji)械式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(無助(zhu)力)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),和動(dong)力式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(有助(zhu)力)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)兩種,其中動(dong)力轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)又(you)可(ke)以分為(wei)(wei)氣壓(ya)動(dong)力式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、液(ye)壓(ya)動(dong)力式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、電(dian)(dian)動(dong)助(zhu)力式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、電(dian)(dian)液(ye)助(zhu)力式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)等種類。
第一(yi)步:我們(men)拿(na)到(dao)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機以后居中方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機,怎么居中呢(ni),把(ba)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機轉到(dao)任何(he)一(yi)側(ce)的(de)盡頭,就(jiu)是(shi)打(da)(da)死方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機,做好(hao)一(yi)個幾號,一(yi)圈(quan)圈(quan)的(de)打(da)(da)到(dao)另外一(yi)側(ce),數下有幾圈(quan),如果是(shi)3圈(quan),左右2變(bian)就(jiu)是(shi)哥1.5圈(quan),這樣就(jiu)很(hen)好(hao)居中了(le)
第二步:把(ba)方向(xiang)機(ji)固定到車的(de)底(di)盤安裝位并(bing)固定好螺絲(si),根(gen)據左右(you)2邊的(de)制動轂(gu)(就(jiu)是安裝輪胎(tai)的(de)那個東(dong)西),調(diao)整(zheng)好方向(xiang)機(ji)外球(qiu)頭的(de)大(da)致位置,內(nei)球(qiu)頭擰進到外球(qiu)頭深(shen)度到正常位置左右(you),并(bing)保持2邊的(de)螺絲(si)牙深(shen)度保持一致,并(bing)固定到剎車盤下(xia)面的(de)下(xia)球(qiu)頭上鎖緊螺絲(si)。
第三步:安裝好2側輪(lun)胎,用卷尺,測量好2個前輪(lun)前面(mian)部位和后面(mian)的(de)2側輪(lun)胎的(de)距(ju)離保持(chi)一致,(看下面(mian)的(de)圖(tu)片(pian))
第(di)四步(bu):確定好(hao)方向盤(pan)居中(zhong)的位(wei)置,套上十字節,鎖緊(jin)螺絲(si)。
第(di)五步:在(zai)路上跑(pao)一圈,確(que)定下十字節的位置,如(ru)果有偏差,在(zai)做簡單(dan)調整,直(zhi)到基(ji)本(ben)居中為止,如(ru)果你(ni)是(shi)車(che)主,看到這里(li),一定叫修理廠(chang)調整到位,修理工嫌麻煩,你(ni)不能嫌麻煩,因為最(zui)后一步四輪定位只(zhi)能做簡單(dan)的前(qian)速的調整。
第(di)六步,找個專業店子,四輪定位。
