后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋殼下(xia)(xia)部的放油(you)螺塞擰下(xia)(xia),放出橋殼的潤滑油(you);拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)主動錐齒輪凸緣與傳動軸(zhou)的連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)的拆(chai)卸(xie)。拆(chai)卸(xie)前,應(ying)將前輪(lun)用掩(yan)木掩(yan)住,松開駐車制(zhi)動(dong)器。拆(chai)卸(xie)時(shi),松開并擰下全部半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺母(mu)及墊圈;用銅(tong)錘輕(qing)輕(qing)打擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)尾部中(zhong)央(yang)2至3下,使(shi)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法蘭面與輪(lun)轂連接(jie)面分離后,用手拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法蘭,即可將半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)抽出(chu)。注意(yi)在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部分即將通過油(you)封(feng)時(shi),要(yao)用手托住半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)桿部,并緩緩轉動(dong)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou),使(shi)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)并行(xing)移出(chu),不致(zhi)將半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)油(you)封(feng)損(sun)壞,也預(yu)防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)掉地扎(zha)傷人;
3、主減(jian)速器(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)的拆(chai)卸(xie):卸(xie)下(xia)后制(zhi)動軟(ruan)(ruan)管(guan)與三通接(jie)頭;用小車,將減(jian)速器(qi)殼支(zhi)承好,拆(chai)下(xia)減(jian)速器(qi)殼與后橋連接(jie)的12個螺栓(shuan),將減(jian)速器(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)從橋殼上取下(xia);斷開(kai)制(zhi)動氣室(shi)軟(ruan)(ruan)管(guan)、管(guan)路之間的連接(jie),拆(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)動氣室(shi),拆(chai)下(xia)調(diao)整(zheng)臂總(zong)(zong)成(cheng);
4、拆除(chu)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調(diao)整(zheng)螺母鎖片緊固螺釘,取(qu)出鎖片用(yong)(yong),專用(yong)(yong)套(tao)筒拆掉輪(lun)(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調(diao)整(zheng)螺母;稍(shao)稍(shao)轉動(dong)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及(ji)制動(dong)鼓(gu)總成(cheng),用(yong)(yong)拉(la)馬(ma)向(xiang)外拉(la)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu),同時(shi)在制動(dong)鼓(gu)上輕輕敲(qiao)擊,以震松(song)外軸(zhou)承(cheng)內(nei)圈(quan),待外軸(zhou)承(cheng)內(nei)圈(quan)松(song)動(dong)后,取(qu)下(xia)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及(ji)制動(dong)鼓(gu)總成(cheng),但(dan)此時(shi)應注意(yi)該總成(cheng)重(zhong)量(liang)較重(zhong),不要(yao)(yao)摔(shuai)(shuai)壞或砸傷人,同時(shi)要(yao)(yao)注意(yi)保護(hu)外軸(zhou)承(cheng)內(nei)圈(quan)不要(yao)(yao)摔(shuai)(shuai)壞;
5、用(yong)拉(la)馬拆(chai)(chai)出內軸承內圈總(zong)成和油封座圈總(zong)成;用(yong)回(hui)位彈(dan)簧拆(chai)(chai)卸工具,拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)動器(qi)回(hui)位彈(dan)簧,取(qu)下(xia)凸輪(lun)軸;用(yong)板(ban)手拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)動器(qi)底板(ban)緊固螺(luo)栓,取(qu)下(xia)制(zhi)動器(qi)底板(ban)帶蹄片(pian)及防塵罩總(zong)成;拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)動氣(qi)室支架(jia),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)橋殼總(zong)成;
6、最后(hou)安裝拆卸的反序安裝即(ji)可。
而且(qie)兩者(zhe)設(she)計大同小異。兩款車系共享發動(dong)機,型號選擇不(bu)多(duo),因為發展有限,令這所車廠在(zai)八(ba)十年代進(jin)入了困難期(qi)。還增設(she)了在(zai)歐(ou)洲(zhou)巿場極受歡迎的旅行車型號
